Beautiful townhouse, end of row, Calahonda ,Mijas

Welcome to our beautiful house in Mijas Costa, Calahonda, Malaga. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


There is an outdoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! The pool is always (year round) open. Pool is not heated.
Staying here also allows you access to the private garden, shared with only 12 houses.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. There is a baby chair in c.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds.
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.

Linen, towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Gable house with balconies (outside bedrooms) and terrace towards the south, Sitio Calahonda (near Fuengirola). Sea view from balcony. Fantastic pool and beautiful large garden shared with only 12 houses. Totally reconstructed and renovated bar kitchen with dining place and sitting room on ground floor.

Three bedrooms , 6 beds , two bathrooms on upper floor. Total 90sq meters (house) Large front yard with wall around Short walk (5-10 min, no stairs, steps, 450 m ) to beautiful sand beaches for swimming and beach walks with restaurants.

Located very close to supermarkets and bus connections to Fuengirola and Marbella. Many excellent restaurants are within close walking distance.
Pool length 13 meters (depth 2,3 and more shallow part depth 1 m approx 15% of pool). No fence around pool. There is barbecue grill (gasol), Open Fireplace. AC (including heating in all rooms) Wifi and IPTV is included. Dishwasher and washing machine. Close to beach and golf!

I will need copies of IDs for all adults (required by authorities) and name and age of any children

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is limited parking available at the property ,but it is easy to park on streets.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

Perfect location, eating places with metres and 5 min walk to beach. Gardens and pool lovely. Apartment was perfect, well equipped and maintained. Even down to beach mats etc. Correspondence with Arne very good. Area very central. We had a car but local buses seemed good. Highly recommend the drive to Ronda, won’t be disappointed! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the apartment and area.

A clean and tidy apartment, ideal for families as the pool area and patio are brilliant for barbecues and meal times. Bus service was excellent and only five minute walk to bus stop. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely go back.

We lived our stay here. The villa was spacious and well equipped. Lovely decoration and furniture inside and out. We particularly liked having the three balconies/outside areas which meant you could find shade or sun all day long. The gardens and pool area was equally as fabulous. The position is also extremely good. Close to the Strip, the El Zoco, beach (with its magical sea walkway) and the supermarkets. Would highly recommend. Ideal for couples and families.
