Holiday house with Pools and Sea Views - Sleeps 2-8

A three bedroomed and three bathroomed Townhouse split over three floors, sleeps 2-8 persons in a mix of two family rooms. This lovely Property is situated in a great location in a quiet area of Calahonda yet within easy walking distance from local bars and restaurants, it takes approximately 5-10 minutes by car or 30-40 minutes to walk to the nearest beach (Luna Beach). Other beaches Cabopino beach and Royal beach are both walkable along the beach promenade. The nearest restaurant is less than a minute away.

The Plaza which is approximately a 10 minute walk away, has about 5 restaurants and bars. El Zocco, with its many bars and restaurants is a 30 minute walk.

It has the use of four shared swimming pools, the nearest is adjacent to the property.

There is a covered terrace off the main living room with fantastic views to the Mediterranean Sea, the and Calahonda, it is a perfect area for relaxing and eating.

Two to eight people can stay in the house using a mix of en-suite and shared bathrooms.

Family Area 1 (Sleeps 2 to 4)
Consists of one double bedroom with a separate conservatory room. The main room has two single beds that can be joined together to make one double bed. The Conservatory has two Sofa beds.

Family Area 2 (Sleeps 2 to 4)
This family area consists of one large double bedroom and a smaller side room. The main bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to make one double bed; the side room also has one double bed The family area has its own on-suite bathroom.

Bedroom
A third room which is not included in the license, has two single beds and an on-suite shower room with sauna. Although it's not included in the licence, it can be used as a third bedroom.

The kitchen area has a washing machine, cooker, dishwasher and family sized fridge. It has its own cocktail bar with a separate drinks' fridge. It has Free Wi-Fi and TV with European Channels.

Babies and Toddlers
The house is split on two floors, so may not be suitable for young children.
