Place was very cute and well located. However, WiFi was unusable and place needed a deep clean. Very dusty, with dead mosquitoes on the walls and ceilings from previous guests. The woman who checked us in was not the friendliest - gave us trouble because our train was arriving later than initially planned (still well within the check in window), and her response when we mentioned the WiFi had no internet connection was “I honestly wouldn't know what to tell you because when I was there I shared my internet with you and it worked.”

The property was clean and plenty of space for two people. It is walking distance to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. We walked everywhere and felt safe.

Cozy, spacious, bright and fresh apartment. It has everything you need. Good location, short and pleasant walking distance to the main attractions. Easy check-in and check-out. Excellent communication with the host. We pointed out a few recommendations to make the place even better.

Good sized apartment close to everything!

Very cute and clean apartment. Bigger than I expected for Europe! Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space and nice bathroom. Location was great too. Nothing is farther away than a 20-25 minute walk. Just on the other side of the river but really, very easy to get right to the heart of things! Would definitely recommend for 2-3 people staying here. 4 people might be a tight fit with the pull out couch but 3 would work fine. For us Americans, the AC works great!

The amenities listed were not provided and when we ran into issues myself or further had to be the one to constantly be in communication to get updates. We noticed that the AC did not work the first night and reported it and had the entire 6-day stay without AC. Had to wait for fans to be brought to the apartment which we had to request and received two days later. There was blood on one of the comforters and the mattress in the sofa was so thin you could feel the bars and springs. We asked if we could at least be provided with an additional mattress padding to add to make the sleep more comfortable and was informed we could not be accommodated. I had requested a refund multiple times due to the lack of being able to provide the amenities such as AC for our stay as this was a must for wherever we stayed during our visit in Italy. We came to what I thought was a resolution and they had stated that I would receive some type of refund before we left. I have now been gone for 2 weeks and have not received a refund. It is almost nearly impossible to get communication back and I've asked for proof of reimbursement as it is not showing on my credit card and they have stated they cannot provide that to me. VRBO has also attempted to reach the host and has been unsuccessful. I have multiple pictures of my visit and unable to attach but will try again. I would not trust that these issues are resolved for the next person who visits and will have to take next steps to report further.

Très bon emplacement mais pas de housses de couette et couettes sales avec des taches rouges/marrons… Des mites qui ont fait un trou dans mon écharpe en cachemire… des odeurs d'égout, le matelas du canapé lit dans le salon est vieux ou de mauvaise facture, un frigo qui fait beaucoup de bruit dans le salon (et donc à côté du canapé lit donc dérangeant la nuit) et des fenêtres dans la cuisine sans volets qui laissent passer la lumière tôt le matin.

Fijn appartement in rustige buurt

Een paar dagen Florence vanuit dit fijne appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien inclusief airco. Perfect voor elkaar! Gelegen in een rustige buurt ben je met vijf à tien minuten op de gezellige pleinen in Oltrarno. Nog eens vijf à tien minuten lopen en je bent in het bruisende centrum van de stad
