The house is a home from home and has a modern yet cosy feel. The two bedrooms sleep 4 and can be configured either as a double and king size beds or as a double and 2 singles. The comfortable lounge is upstairs and opens onto a balcony and the well equipped kitchen diner features comfy seating and french doors which can be opened onto the courtyard. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet downstairs. The Wifi is superfast broadband and is free. Smart TVs in both the lounge and the kitchen provide satellite channels and access to all your favourite apps. Downstairs, the kitchen has everything you’ll need on a self-catering break including dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and there is a utility area with a washer-dryer and laundry facilities. The car port provides private parking for one car and has a secure bike rack to lock cycles to. Linen and towels are provided with changes available for longer stays.

You will be just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and it's a short stroll to both Eastbourne town centre and Meads village.

Families with small children will love the Victorian pier, Drusilla’s Zoo, Knockhatch Adventure Park and Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway. Culture is close by at the Towner Art Gallery and the Congress and Devonshire Park theatres, all are just a few minutes’ walk away as is the Devonshire Park Tennis Centre.
