Villa Guardistallo by Fantasia Villas

Villa Guardistallo is a stone farmhouse in the hills of Bibbona along a country road lined with mulberry bushes through the Magona scrub.

The name of the nearest village is Guardistallo, in the province of Pisa and is on the Etruscan coast, just 13 km from the sea. In the surrounding area there are many interesting country towns to,visit, such as Montescudaio, without doubt one of the most beautiful towns in the Pisa area, Ripabella and Casale Marittimo.

The farmhouse has been faithfully restored according to the Tuscan tradition. It is in an open position and dominates a 360 degree view of the countryside, isolated and tranquil. The climate is perfect from April through October and Winter is usually very mild. The private pool can be heated and has a spectacular view on the surrounding hills, with umbrellas and pool loungers. There is a panoramic terrace with bbq. Free Internet is available. The heated pool is 6×12 mts and cm 1.50 deep. The solarium is equipped with 8 loungers and 8 lie-lows. It has a panoramic terrace facing South and a staircase leading directly to the garden. The terrace has a bbq, loungers, umbrellas, table and chairs. Outside there is another bbq with oven.
