Historic villa in the heart of Tuscany. Surrounded by nature.

Surrounded by nature as far as the eye can see, the beautiful Villa S.Ippolito (built in early 1800), with garden and a big swimming pool, has an authentic charme. The historic value of the house and its total privacy make this location a unique place to spend an unforgettable holiday.
The property (more than 6000 sq.Feet) develops in 2 levels. Ground floor: a big kitchen with fireplace, a storage room, a big dining room and three living rooms. Second Floor: on the right side there are 7 rooms with private bathroom; on the right side a living room (with frescos) and other 2 rooms who share a bigger bathroom. Total: 20 sleeping places (we can also provide extra baby beds).
Outside there is a garden - easy accessible by the kitchen - with a big table to eat outside, a terrace (with shade and a table tennis) and on the other side of the house a big old tree with another table. The swimming pool is 17x7 meters + a little pool for kids, fully equipped with sun and shade areas.
The entire property will be just for you: no neighbors, noises, etc… only privacy and relax; perfect for kids. The view from the swimming pool is astonishing, because it faces the natural reserve of Monterufoli, with hiking and hiking paths.
The Bicocchi family (owners of this house for 6 generations) will be there to welcome you and give you all the infos and tips about the area. There is also the possibility on request to have two ladies from the village nearby who can come and cook for you a traditional and tasty dinner with local products. In our land there is also a vegetable garden and the man in charge of it will provide you daily with fresh vegetables grown there.
In the area there are also thermal sources, the possibility to do ebike tours, a tennis court and many other outdoors activities. You will be surrounded by art and culture everywhere: the ancient cities of Tuscany (Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Florence…) are all within 40 minutes to 1.30 hour by car; the seaside - beautiful beach of Baratti - is 50 minutes far. The little villages nearby, where you can go shopping, enjoy a nice walk, eat at very good restaurants, still have the authentic flavor of Tuscany, because this area is still not very touristic.
At S.Ippolito - owned by our family since 1800 - we produce olive oil and in the area you can find very good wine and excellent food.
