This lovely apartment is situated in the prestigious PloÄe area. The apartment has a private terrace with sitting area which offers a partial view over the sea, the island of Lokrum and the Old Town. One of the finest hotels in town, Hotel Excelsior is just across from the apartment, while the Old Town is approximately 5 minutes walking distance and the famous Banje Beach is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment.
Entering the apartment you will find yourself in the cozy open plan living room and kitchen with dining area. From the living area glass doors open onto a private terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs for 6 as well as a small coffee table with 2 chairs. Here, guests can enjoy a morning coffee, delicious meal or just relax and enjoy the view after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment also offers two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with double bed as well as 1 full bathroom with a shower.
Amenities include: Flat screen TV, AC(living room), free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, oven; full bathroom with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and terrace.
There is a small free parking lot above the property, however it's not paved and parking space is not guaranteed nor can it be reserved. The nearest grocery store, beach and restaurants are all within 200-250 meters from the property as well as the beautiful and historic center of Old town. The apartment can be approached from the upper road walking about 65 steps down or from the bottom road walking about 70 steps up.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnikâs Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.Â
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana MatijaĆĄeviÄa 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
