Willkommen im Stamm Brailo 60-Quadratmeter-Wohnung. In unserer Wohnung gibt es:
1 Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 kleineres Doppelzimmer, Küche mit allen notwendigen modernen Geräten, Klimaanlage mit Inverter, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit Kabel-Digital-LCD-ANDROID-TV, Musikanlage und DVD. Bei Bedarf geben wir Ihnen unseren Laptop, um Ihre E-Mails oder im Internet surfen zu überprüfen.
Die Altstadt, die vom Balkon aus sichtbar ist, liegt 900 m von unserem Haus entfernt und dauert 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bushaltestelle ist 30 Meter von unserem Haus, und wenn Sie mit dem Bus fahren möchten, ist Nummer 8 Bus in alle 20 Minuten.
Bei Aufenthalt von mehr als 7 Tage, bieten wir unseren Gästen ein original dalmatinische Meeresfrüchte Abendessen-Wein inklusive ohne Gebühr.
Der felsige Strand liegt direkt unterhalb unseres Hauses, sind Eisen Treppe installiert reibungslos ins Meer zu gehen.

Wir bieten auch eine Bootstour rund um die Altstadt und die Insel Locrum, die vor unserem Haus ist.

Amazing !

Our stay here was fantastic ! We can not speak highly enough of Tonko and Tanja, they are the most wonderful hosts, from the property and its anenities, to their personal involvement in assisting with tours and local knowledge.We felt welcomed and enjoyed our "Million dollar view" so much ! Photos of this property are accurate to every detail , in fact the real thing is even better ! Our first trip to Dubrovnik was just perfect.

Awesome Vacation

We were so thrilled with the hospitality that Tonko and Tanya exhibited throughout our stay. They were very generous with their time to make our vacation extra special. What a lovely stay and memories we made staying in Dubrovnik. Tonko was super helpful and friendly , nothing was too much trouble for him to settle us in quickly. The apartment was spotless and was thoughtfully equipped. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we stayed at the property and he gave us a bottle of bubbles and his wife made us a delicious cherry strudel which was so kind and unexpected. Would definitely stay here again , thank you!

Amazing Place

Apt is very nice. Well located (just 15/20 on foot from old town), well equipped, in a very quit and beautiful neighborhood. The view from the balcony is wonderfull ( old town, sunset, sunrise and Lokrum island). Tonko is superfriendly, received us personnly (with welcome drinks) and gave all tips and infos we need. Tonko and Tanja are lovely hostess. Was a perfect stay in Dubrovnik and we'll come back.

Absolutely beautiful, amazing host and apartment.

Tonko and Tanya, are the perfect hosts, welcoming and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable, it is very well appointed and has everything one could need or want. The view is spectacular to top it all off. We would recommend it to everyone highly. We are seniors with some limits and did not find the stairs difficult. We would love to return.

My adult son and I had a wonderful stay at Tonko's apartment. Perfect apartment - world class view

The apartment is perfectly located with a short walk into the old town, also a short walk to a lovely local beach. The apartment was light and airy with fantastic views from the balcony. Thanks to Tonko and his wife for their generous hospitality. We were welcomed with drinks and during our stay had offerings of home made cake, a delicious snack and local wine, and lemons from the garden. Tonko was extremely friendly and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful stay.

Wonderful

We had such a wonderful stay !!! The property is in the most incredible location away from the busy old town but close enough to walk there easily . The view is incredible!! Tonko was incredibly friendly and very helpful . He showed us where to go in the town and had great recommendations for eateries and sights . It was very comfortable and it was very clean . Not too many stairs which was nice . His wife was lovely too . I highly recommend this stay

Everything was amazing. Let’s start with the apartment: clean , modern , perfect view of the sea , close to old town , fully equipped. The owner , Tonko, was super friendly , helped us with parking , cooked food for us , advised us about our vacation , even gifted us great home-made liqueur. There are great swimming spots near the apartment and Dubrovnik old town and the nearby islands have plenty to offer. We had 4 full days of perfect joy and if you are lucky to book this apartment you will definitely enjoy your stay like nowhere else.

Lovely stay just outside Dubrovnik

We just ended a lovely stay with Tonko and Tanya. They couldn’t have been nicer to us. The apartment is just like it looks on the website. Great views of the old city and the water. It is very well equipped and extremely clean. tonko picked us up at the airport (and drove us back) which was very convenient. It took us about 20 minutes to get to the old city from there on a very pleasant walk, We would definitely recommend this place. Also if you are staying longer so want to do cooking it’s very well set up and you couldn’t have a nicer view from your dining table.

Great apartment, great hosts

The apartement has a great view and is located only a 10 minute walk away from the old city. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean and cosy. Tonko and Tanja are very nice people and will help you in any possible way (even when you desperatly need to watch a football game ;). Their hospitality is outstanding and they make you feel, as if you're part of the family :) If we will return to Dubrovnik, we will definitaly stay with Tonko and Tanja again.

The property in my opinion is perfect for visiting the old town and beach. The view couldn't be better. The apartment living space is super comfortable along with the bedrooms. The hosts are marvellous giving all the advice and welcoming in every way, from the boat ride to lunch on the balcony and arranging our taxi to the airport. The late check out gave us 1 last time to visit our favourite swimming spot below the apartment. Yes there are steps but with the view you get from the balcony they are well worth it. I would highly recommend this apartment. Clean, great location, comfortable and great hosts.

Fantastic

Our hosts Tonko and Tanja were fabulous, throughout our stay. Tonko brought us a welcome drink and vegetable’s from his garden and Tanja brought us lovely cake and pancakes on our last night. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we could possibly need and the views over the sea to the old town from the apartment balcony are stunning with many hours being spent there watching the boats of all sizes coming and going. The building is situated in a really nice part of town and is only 15 minutes or so walk to the old town. We had a wonderful holiday.

Absolutely amazing

We could not have asked for a better place in Dubrovnik. Tonko greeted us with open arms and made us feel like we were at home. He is amazing!!! He gave us the perfect tips on what to do and where to eat. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is perfect. Located right above a cute little beach with a cool cave that makes you feel like you found a secret. We loved that we could look at the island, the old town and the beautiful ocean from the veranda. The walk into old town was lovely. There is a market a restaurants nearby. Tonko, you are the best!!!

Perfection in Dubrovnik!

Tonko and his wife Tanya are the ultimate hosts in what is an idyllic location just walking distance from the old city center of Dubrovnik. Tonko answered all of our questions before, during and even after our stay. The apartment was beautifully cleaned, stocked with essentials and made us feel 100% safe to enjoy the incredible views of the Adriatic Sea, Lokrum island and old town all from our balcony. The location is easy walking distance into town, from incredible beaches and tantalizing restaurants. Tonko helped with arranging transfers from and back to airport, a wonderful 2 hour historical tour, and reservations at the best restaurants. If we could give this property six stars we easily could. Thank you Tonko and Tanya for an unforgettable stay to Dubrovnik, Croatia!

A Perfect Honeymoon

We would give more stars if possible but 5/5 is all that is allowed. This property was phenomenal and everything we were looking for. Waking up each morning with a view of old town and the island was beyond expectations. Tonko was an incredible host and were extremely kind, respectful, and helped give us the perfect experience on our honeymoon. Everything from arranging rides to and from the airport, to telling us the local history and how he grew up in Dubrovnik. He also setup a personal guided tour with his daughter in law. Well worth it to get the full rich history of Dubrovnik and really feel immersed in its culture and history. We look forward to going back there when we are able to visit Croatia because of how wonderful Tonko made everything.

Perfect Stay in Every Way 

Tonko and Tanja are excellent hosts so kind and welcoming, really genuine lovely people. They went out of their way to welcome us and help with all of our needs. The apartment is perfectly located away from the busy town but within easy distance. The old town is about a 10 -15 minute walk from the apartment or there is a bus that runs every half an hour until late into the evening. The bus stop is very close to the apartment. The apartment is well equipped for long or short stays and the balcony has stunning views over the sea, with Dubrovnik town in the near distance (very pretty with the lights at night). A couple of beaches are accessible from the apartment by walking down steps. We really recommend it and are planning to return soon. Thank Tonko & Tanja for a lovely stay. Diane & Rob

I went into retirement 13.July 2018. after 41 years working as flight scheduling coordinator / slots / at Dubrovnik Airport and all my life I am living in my own house where Apartment Tanja is. My wife Tanja is dentist technician . She will retire in about 3 years.

Hello there from our very safe home! 😎 This week we got our label Safe stay in Croatia that makes you sure that we take prescribed epidemiological measures and health safety recommendations.
Also, we are both vaccinated (and still alive 😅).
While waiting for the second dose, we are preparing our house to accommodate you in summer season 2021.🤞
