Perfect for couples. Charming cottage in heart of Chipping Campden.

This is not a permanent rental property but our own home and it is furnished and arranged as such. We have all modern conveniences but we choose not to have a tv. Over the years we have gradually renovated the property to a high standard. Our next project will be to transform the kitchen, which has everything we need but is a little 'tired' and ready for updating. The house has a warm and friendly ambience and we hope our guests will feel as relaxed and comfortable here as we do.
We especially love the view of the historic alms houses and St James Church from our front windows and our small, sunny walled garden is a lovely space to unwind. All the amenities of the town are just a short walk away, we are two minutes from the High Street, often described as one of the loveliest streets in the UK. Campden is blessed with a wide choice of tea rooms, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants as well as several good delicatessens and specialist food shops. There are many lovely walks in the surrounding countryside and Chipping Campden is ideally located to explore the whole of the beautiful Cotswold region.

Box Tree Cottage is arranged over three floors.
Ground floor: Cosy, living room with leather armchairs and inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. Fitted kitchen with dining table (please note we don't have a dishwasher). Private, sunny walled garden.
First floor: Living/dining room with lovely view from bay window. Bathroom.
Second floor: Spacious, beamed bedroom with king size bed (please note the stairs to the bedroom are steep and not suitable for children or anyone with mobility issues).
