Immaculately furnished in a warm, contemporary style, this single storey property has a tranquil south-facing garden, which overlooks an orchard, making this a great spot for enjoying home cooked meals in the summer sunshine. Perry Cottage is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two well-behaved dogs!

Well presented with underfloor heating and direct access to the patio and garden. Amenities include an electric ceramic hob and oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and Aeroccino milk frother

Bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2)
A warm and inviting room with a high ceiling and exposed timber beams. Amenities include a super king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table with stool

Outside
Private, fully enclosed garden with large lawn and a natural stone patio area, home to an outdoor table and chairs, two rattan recliner chairs with footstools, plus a charcoal barbecue. Guests are also permitted to store bicycles in the Summer House. This peaceful south-facing garden also backs onto an apple orchard and has lovely countryside views.
