Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze mit Sicherheitskameras und einen Aufzug für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Sie haben Zugang zu der Wäscherei in der zweiten Etage. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Hangout, The Pink Pony und den zuckerweißen Sandstränden des Golfs von Mexiko. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Alvin's Island, Surf Style und Dollar General sowie Restaurants wie Gulf Island Grill, Hooters, Ribs-n-Reds und Mikee's Seafood sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe einen Minigolfplatz. Sie werden mitten in der Action sein!

Great Location

Location was key. Everything was in walking distance. The place was small but clean. The only issue we had was a faint odor in the room. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Beachview. The condo was older and the room was small but large enough for 2 people. The bed slept well. The room was clean with average wear for a vacation town. I hated that people smoked at both ends of the hallways and near elevator.

Great location! Walk to everything. Floors were fairly dirty and the sheets had hair on them. There isn’t a place to hang up clothes and didn’t have enough towels and bath clothes. Only one chair to sit and watch tv. Had to sit on bed. Ok for a short stay.

Room was smaller than expected even reading reviews but still plenty room for 2 adults to be comfortable the hallway and stairs to the room are what really worried me steps looked old and hallways were super narrow but as long as you watched your step and didn’t have to pass anyone in the hallway you were fine overall great quick getaway location

Not staying here again

Very small. No useful furniture other than the bed. The fan in the bathroom is a joke. The shower is an even bigger joke. Took a "clean" glass out of the cabinet that had a lipstick print on it.

I'm really sorry you had to deal with such an unpleasant situation. Black mold can be concerning both for health and comfort, and it's absolutely unacceptable to find it in a vacation rental. It’s crucial that the property management is made aware so they can address the issue promptly and ensure that the property is safe for future guests. If you haven't already, it would be a good idea to report the issue to both the property management and the booking platform so they can take appropriate action. Update: The owner has taken measures to prevent mold from growing in the unit. This unit has been professionally cleaned and mold has been removed.

Overall it was ok. For some reason the floor was sticky & there was a funny smell the entire time. I think what freaked me out was how dirty the shower was. The vent above had stuff all over it & it would fall on you.

Dirty place

Upon arrival the apartment had a terrible smell that even a strong air freshener didn’t improve, there are 2 floor mats incredible dirt, the commode ring was dirty, 2 pillows were also very dirty, in the kitchen the china drain rack was dirty, I already sent pictures and a complaint to Vrbo and the renting agency Poole & Associates without response. The hidden fees are over 100%

Great location

The location was amazing. Right across the street is the beach, the hangout, and the pink pony. Dollar general, souvenir shops and various restaurants are also steps away from the building. Access to the beach is easy with a crosswalk light. The room did have a bad smell. We had to leave our clothing in our suitcases because the dresser drawers smelled really bad. The bathroom walls had some mold growing on them and there was a crack in the floor of the bathtub, also the shower button was not working properly so it was hard to get the shower to turn on. The bed was supposed to be a queen, but it was more full size. The room was small, but was ok for 2 ppl, would not recommend for more than 2 ppl. All in all if you are looking for a cheap weekend getaway, this place will work.

Short jaunt from New Orleans

The room is just across the street from the beach. There is a mini kitchen but no sponge or kitchen towel to help with the clean up. The closet is full of cleaning equipment & no hangers so nothing can be stowed away in there. The dresser's drawers are so warped that once pulled out we really struggled to push them back in. No amenities in the bathroom except for 1 bar of soap & no hair dryer. Some room occupants did not ahered to the quiet time rules. Weed smokers must have reeked up room(s) because the hallway smelled so strong someone had to prop open the door. The location is nice & if all you want to do is laze around on the beach - this place will fit the bill.

Great location

As other reviews have said, this place is perfect for a short/long weekend vacation. We were here Thursday-Monday and it was perfect for what we were needing. If it were any longer, we would probably need to go elsewhere as you would probably want a bigger fridge and stove. The check in process was so quick and efficient I think I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. The location is PERFECT. We only moved our car 1 time to drive to the seafood market, all other times we were able to walk to shops, restaurants, The Hangout, etc. very easily. The public beach access is literally right across the road. I really don’t think you could get a better location for this price! Because we walked most of the time, we had no issues with parking. We did have to call maintenance for a toilet issue. They came while we were at the beach the same day and the problem was fixed immediately! We were very impressed on how quickly our concerns were handled. We would stay here again for a short trip to Gulf Shores again! Perfect for a couple :)

It was the most affordable option I had at the time. The signs everywhere said there was a pool, but I never found one. Parking was a nightmare even with a parking pass. Huge trucks with lifts made it impossible to drive into the parking under the building. For what it was, it was cozy and suited its purpose for which I am thankful, but I won't return to this location. The price is too high for what it is and there are options that provide more in walking distance.

We're sorry there were signs for a pool. This complex has never had a pool, so we don't know why there would be any signs like that. Parking can be tricky during peak season and it was extra difficult this year since there were so many construction crews here repairing damage from hurricane sally. If you are coming back to Gulf Shores, please keep us in mind. We have over 200 units in our inventory and would love to help you plan the perfect beach getaway.

Cute and cozy

It worked great for just the two of us. We spent most of our time out exploring. It was super easy to check in and get to. Within walking distance of just about everything.

Small, but Adequate

Beachview 309 is small but adequate. We got what we paid for for the most part, but its more suited for a 1/2 night trip. Even with just two of us, we were cramped. The bed was relatively comfortable, but the sheets had a couple stains on them. The cable wasn't working the first night, but I worked magic somehow and reset it and it *mostly* worked after that (normally this wouldn't be an issue, but seeing as it was raining the whole trip...). It was close to everything. It's a block walk from the Sunliner Diner, Dollar General, and all of the souvenir shops and across the street from the hangout and the beach, so our car rarely moved. My only true complaint is the parking situation. The parking under the building is nice, but very cramped and people do not pay attention to the "trucks must use overflow lot" sign and parked there anyway-across from each other, of course! This made it hard to get in/out even with my small SUV and even when I did, there were 0 spots to aprk at 7:30PM. I parked in Public Parking next to the building that night, as the overflow lot that they discuss isn't well marked. Overall, I'd stay here again for a short stay, but I would want something bigger for a longer stay!
