Located in Prines village, just a short drive away from Rethymno Old town and its long sandy beach, Paradise Villa is consisted of two independent attached houses, which share the same outdoor area and pool and are rented as one!


The two-storey property covers a total of 335 sq.m. and it can accommodate 18 guests in its 8 bedrooms. Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family!


Each building contains a spacious living room with an indoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms! Finally, a pool table and gym area are also available, including an elliptical machine, abs bench and chest press.


That means that you will stay in a villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 6 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms, having enough space and facilities for everyone! Paradise Villa is the best choice for large groups or for 2-3 friendly families!

Furthermore, the outdoor area of Paradise Villa offers several amenities, including:
- A private swimming pool. The pool terrace features a lawn covered area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, as well as a seating area an outdoor shower.
- A 4-seater hot tub is also available next to the pool.
- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with charcoal grill and an outdoor sink.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

The Villa is located in the picturesque village of Prines. From the villa you can walk to the local tavernas in Prines. Additionally in Prines there is a mini market, a butcher and a gas station. The rest of the amenities such as larger supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy etc are in the next village over, called Atsipopoulo.

Staying in Prines village you have the advantage of staying in the country side and be only a few minutes away from big markets, shops and the beach!

The village itself is beautiful with many vegetations and olive tree forests. It is ideal for those who love nature, peace and quiet it can offer.

Finally the location is giving you the possibility to visit many sightseeing and beaches in both North and South Crete!
