Traumhafte Aussicht

Unterkunft wie beschrieben mitten inm quirligen Puerto del Carmen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Zum Strand gehts die paar Treppen runter und über die Strasse. Unterkunft hat keine Parkplätze. In der Hochsaison wird die Parkplatzsuche nicht so einfach sein. Im November/anfangs Dezember aber problemlos mit kurzen Fussmärschen verbunden. Kontakt mit Vermieter einwandfrei.

Absolut tolle Lage, schöne Anlage

Wir haben die zentrale Lage der Anlage genossen. Toller Blick aufs Meer, man kann in Badesachen direkt auf kurzem Weg zum Strand laufen. Abends hat man Kneipen, Läden, Restaurants direkt vor der Tür - dennoch ist es nicht laut im Appartement oder auf dem Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet. Gute bequeme Betten. (Das einzige, was die zentrale Lage mit sich bringt, ist, dass man etwas Geduld bei der Parkplatzsuche braucht, falls man einen Mietwagen hat. Aber wir haben immer noch einen Stellplatz gefunden!) Wir würden wiederkommen!

Lovely apartment

Very clean apartment. Lots of steps up to it though. Could do with a coffee table and a warning about the balcony door locking itself. We were stuck out on the balcony and only managed to get back in when we asked someone near the pool to come into the apartment and let us back in. Could have been a serious problem!

Perfectly placed and excellent property

On arrival easy to access complex , the amount of steps was a surprise but worth it for the view ....The apartment is lovely and extremely well stocked with everything you could ever need for a self catering holiday. The sun bed pads were a lovely touch and most welcome. The only thing we missed was a coffee table ... Extremely clean & tidy on arrival, nicely decorated and bright.Fantastic view from balcony ... The pool is freezing but cleaned regularly and nice sunbathing area with plenty of beds Right on the strip but set back so great noise at nightWould happily stay again

Beautiful apartment in puerto del carmen

2 bedroom apartment was absolutely spotless, everything in it you would ever need for a self catering stay. The location was fantastic right off the main strip directly across from beautiful beach.Complex was very quiet and the pool area was lovely and peaceful, plenty of sun loungers available.Supermarkets right beside complex.Lovely stay would definitely recommend and return

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

Well equipped apartment, very clean & comfortable beds. In a perfect location, central to everything. Communication from owner was very clear & we had no problem finding or accessing the apartment. It’s really close to the big Mercadona supermarket. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location & Fantastic View

Great apartment in a relatively small gated complex. The position is set back from the main avenue, but elevated with fantastic sea views, and views toward Fuertaventura. Sun on balcony from sunrise to sundown. Apartment had all facilities and equipment required. Great communication from owner leading up to holiday date and lots of great local info provided to help with out stay. Would recommend. Will J

Lovely Modern Apartment with Spectacular Sea View!

A very nice clean modern apartment with great facilities in a great location a stone's throw from the beach and shops/bars etc. Lovely quiet pool. The sea view is mightily impressive and the photos don't do it justice. One niggle being the hassle of having to repeatedly obtain Euro coins for the aircon - I'd have preferred to have paid more upfront to enable constant use. Thoroughly recommended.

Wonderful Apartment

Great location. Five mins from beach and a wonderfully clean and safe shared pool. Balcony with amazing view of the see. No noise from the busy seaside boulevard. Richard was very communicative during the run up to check in. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Very highly recommended! Be sure to explore Lanzarote and all the amazing Manrique buildings.

Location location location!

This property was a real find! Spotlessly clean, not an insect in sight (or in the complex for that matter!) everything you need for a home from home holiday, loads of storage - I’ve never seen so many coat hangers in an apartment which for me was a big bonus 😄 but the key to this being the perfect holiday rental is its location. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, literally across the road from the beach and right on the strip. For us to be able to walk out of the complex and be right in the middle of everything made our holiday, yet by the time we were home after dinner and drinks everything had wound down and we didn’t hear a peep. Having a good supermarket nearby was vital for us with our daughter being on a special medical diet, so the Mercadona being a 3 minute walk away - and having everything we needed - was also perfect. No need to take a taxi to Lidl which we expected to have to do. Only 10 minutes/€18 in a taxi from the airport too. The apartment stayed cool even without the air con, but it worked great when we did need it for just a few euros. Communication and arrival info from the owner was great. We will absolutely be returning!

Great apartment, fully equipped and spotless. Location right behind the strip with many bars and restaurants nearby but no noise at all. Steps could be an issue for any with mobility issues but worth it for the view over the beach Thank you very much we hope to return

Fabulous

We arrived early evening, so the apartment was ready. Easy to find with the instruction from Richard sent the week before. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Just a heads up, get milk if you are in need of a cuppa when you get there. But our whole experience was smooth and fabulous. The views from the apartment are fantastic from lovely sunrises to sunsets. We only had one day of rain for a few hours, which isn't the norm. Bars and restaurants close by. We normally hire a car but didn't this time, which we were glad as parking is a nightmare. The cleaning lady came to change towels and bedding on the 7th day. All appliances were easy to use, we didnt need the manuals. We used the stairs on the right looking out from the apartment, found this easier to get up and down from the complex. Was a very peaceful couple of weeks which was well needed. Thank you Richard and Carol. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Lived up to expectations

Apartment had everything needed, plenty of utensils, mugs, cups etc. Good shower stayed warm for three people one after the other, slightly cool for the fourth but not an issue for the climate. Didn't really use the aircon but it was cold when required to cool down a bedroom (paid for but seemed to cost pennies/cents). Beds also decent, far better than most places we have stayed at, which was a pleasant change. Apartment could hardly have been better positioned in the complex, literally two dozen steps from the pool and with a superb view over Playa Grande. Quite a few steps to get to it though, so not for anyone of limited mobility. Nice pool but not obviously heated. Again, very pleasant in the temperatures. Terrific location to access all of Puerto del Carmen, and would happily return. Host Richard was very easy to contact and helpful.

Right from the start we had very good contact with the owner which I feel is always important. The apartment itself is really well situated and has everything you require on your doorstep. Supermarkets shops bars and restaurants are all literally a short stroll away and the dive centre is about five mins walk. The Playa Grande Beach is just over the road with plentiful sun beds for hire. The apartment is modern and extremely well appointed. A lovely kitchen and bathroom, living area and a beautiful terrace overlooking the lovely pool and the beach. You can actually hear the waves lapping up onto the sand. There is also optional air con on a pay as you go basis. The beds were really comfortable and we had a good supply of fresh towels. As we were there for ten days we received a change of bedding, fresh towels and a mini clean half way through which was much appreciated. We had a fantastic time at this apartment and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend. Carla.

Great stay at Las Tabaibas Apartments

This complex is in the middle of the Peurto Del Carmen strip, set back between the bars/restaurants/shops. The apartment is beautifully decorated and overlooks the pool and beach. It's around a 15 mins walk to the Old Town and Harbour or you can take a taxi for 4 euros. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little apartment, beds were really comfy ( not always the case in rentals), location ideal too. If you’re a keen or even adequate cook a few more serving dishes in the place would have been welcome but overall it didn’t lessen our experience . We would definitely consider coming back . Long Beach Club ( turn left coming out of the complex cross to the other side of the Avenida and walk a few hundred metres) was a late find, absolutely glorious position , great food and ambience, definitely worth a visit.

We are a retired couple living in Hertfordshire in the UK.

We bought this apartment having rented it from the previous owner on many occasions over the years. It is on a small, perfectly located development in traditional Lanzarote style situated on the sea front overlooking the beach. Perfect views from the balcony and great access to bars and restaurants on your doorstep. However, the apartment benefits from a very quiet location towards the back of the development, overlooking the swimming pool.
