- Very bright living room with balcony to Estrella street.- Bar with 4 stools and tableware.- 3 Bedrooms, all with bathroom and television, of which one is a Master Room type and the other is a studio type.- Within Cosmos, each bedroom has privacy and you can ask for your own key if you wish.- Beds: 3 doubles.We also have 2 extra single beds only available for stays of 7 or 8 people. Optionally, in reservations of less than 7 people, each extra bed can be hired for € 25 / night.- 3 televisions, one of them smart tv with a 50-inch screen.- 6 large cabinets.- 3 Bathrooms with hydromassage shower.- 3 kitchens (1 in each room) with everything you need to make your favorite dishes.- Appliances: induction hobs, microwaves, refrigerators, extractors, coffee makers, juicers, toasters, hair dryers.- Laundry with Iron, table, washer and dryer.

AREA

Malasaña is one of the historic neighborhoods of Madrid that, curiously, brings together the city's most modern and underground residents. It is usually associated with the explosion of the cultural movement of the 80s called Movida Madrileña.

In the Malasaña neighborhood there are some of the most desirable open spaces in the capital. They are usually very crowded and the life of the neighborhood and that of the big city pass through them at the same time. The rest of its streets are narrow and alive, some pedestrianized, perfect for wandering around.

The Plaza del Dos de Mayo is perhaps the nerve center of Malasaña. Manuela Malasaña Street is very popular for giving its name to the neighborhood. Also because it houses some important establishments such as the Teatro Maravillas and the Casa Maravillas brewery.





HOW TO GET

Charming Cosmos is in the center of the city, and it is very easy to walk to all the places, but if you still prefer to take a metro, the closest stations are: SAN BERNARDO, VENTURA RODRIGUEZ, PLAZA ESPAÑA and NOVICIADO.



THE FINE PRINT

- There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.

- Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.

- Events and/or parties are not allowed.

-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 30€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.

- The address where the keys are delivered is different from that of the apartment.
