The property enjoys ground-source underfloor heating with a woodburning stove. The kitchen houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There are also two TVs with Freeview, a DVD Player and WiFi in the cottage. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available for infants. This property is pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The shop is situated 0.9 miles from the cottage, whilst the pub is 1.4 miles away. The property enjoys access to on-site facilities within the 60-acre grounds, such as: communal indoor swimming pool, communal games room and a large fishing lake.
