This air conditioned villa on a quiet residential complex has its own private heated pool. The villa is all on one level. It has a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas that open out onto the patio and pool area. Additional living room “The Den” provides chill out space with sofa and TV to relax, and desk space to play, study or work in private. The 3 bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, another double and a twin, all of which have air conditioning.

Outside the large patio provides ample space for dining, cooking on the brick built BBQ and lazing in the sun.

Pool: size 7m x 3m approx and can be heated for an additional ÂŁ75 per week
Car Parking: villa has its own space adjacent and there is additional community parking at entrance

The villa we stayed in was for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have asked for anything more. All amenities were first class and topped up by some lovely weather for the time of year. If we get the opportunity to stay here again in future we would be delighted to come back. First time in Playa blanca also. Hopefully not our last.

Lovely villa, had everything we needed was lovely and clean, just missing a dishwasher, Excellent service as a parasol broke with the wind, we had a replacement within a couple of hours. Pool was a bit cloudy on arrival but pool maintenance guy sorted it and was clear within 48hours. Building work going on behind Villa a little noisy and dusty but didn’t spoil our stay. Our flights were late in the evening and Tina kindly gave us a late check outwe would definitely return Thank you Tina

When we arrived at the villa we were pleased with what we found. We liked the open plan layout and it was immaculately presented. (Need pillow protectors as there are none) The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of crockery, glassware and utensils. There is no dishwasher (we were aware of this when we booked) yet there appears to be space for one in the utility room. As it was just the two of us this was simply a minor inconvenience however for larger groups of people this could prove to be challenging as the sink/draining area is rather small. We were delighted with the outdoor area. It had comfortable seating, plenty of sun loungers and a nice, clean pool. We woke on Monday morning to the sound of construction work. This carried on daily for the whole of our holiday. The newly constructed properties beside our villa were having their swimming pools built. We had the screeching of an angle grinder for hours on end and workmen shouting to each other over the sound of their blaring radio. They frequently used the wall running alongside our pool area as a shortcut to access other properties so we had absolutely no privacy. After contacting the letting agents the owner got in touch. She said there was nothing they could do as it was beyond their control. I wanted to send videos that I had recorded showing just how awful the noise was but she refused my request. (There has been a similar incident previously. See customer review/reply July 2024). Very disappointed.
Just one of the workmen who regularly used the wall as a shortcut. We had no privacy.

Fantastic Villa in quiet location

This is a great villa, everything is catered for, it is very well equipped and easily enough space for all the family. Outside area was perfect and well maintained. All local amenities and the main town Playa Blanca were within walking distance, a reasonable walk but we did it most days. Communication with the host Tina was very easy and all our questions were answered really quickly. Would definitely recommend this villa and would stay again when we are in Playa Blanca area.

Perfect Holiday

The property is exactly as shown in the photos. Spotlessly clean both inside and out. Very modern villa and very well equiped with all utensils, crockery & cookwear etc Correspondence with Tina was very prompt and she was very helpful with a couple of queries we had before we arrived. Check-in was very easy and Tina allowed us access into the villa early due to us having an early flight. The pool was lovely, as was the patio area and barbeque, which we used regularly. This villa is not overlooked and is in a very peaceful area. 10 - 15 minute walk to nearest shop and 20 minute walk to the marina. We had a very relaxing break and will definitely book this villa in the future. Thanks again Tina.

Construction site loud and noisy.

Great villa, with all amentities, spacious and well presented. HOWEVER this was greatly affected by the live construction site that was working literally 6ft from boundary looking over us. at one stage there was 5 men working hard, whilst we were trying to relax, we ended up going down to marina as we felt uncomfortable. They were banging and mixing cement from 8am until 6pm. I was determined not to let this impact our holiday, which when you asked how our holiday was going, i answered in positive, but it was hard. The dust and debris was visible on the pool and surrounding areas, and constant noise meant it was impossible to lay in. The gentlemen cleaning the pool commented on how we were in the middle of a construction site, and pool should be cleaned every 2 - 3 days, which is why I asked. He also witnessed the cement been thrown into mixer and blowing over the pool. I would of appreciated the heads up on the live site was next door. I understand you may fear the booking being cancelled but you should of been transparent and let us have the option. Shame as otherwise it would of been perfect.

Fantastisch! - Fantastic!

Wir waren im MĂ€rz 2023 da. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung etwas abseits vom Trubel des Ferienortes, das ist allerdings auch gut so. Wer also seine Ruhe haben möchte, der ist dort genau richtig. Insgesamt ist das Objekt sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Pool, ein Grill, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, Internetanschluss, eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche und ein großer Smart TV machen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich. Der Hafen von Playa Blanca ist in ca. 15min fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Der Check-In verlief ohne Probleme und die Kommunikation mit Tina war immer super, auch wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalts. Einzige Kleinigkeit die etwas gestört hat: Es gibt nur eine Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln. Diese haben wir aus Deutschland selbst mitgebracht. Da wir zu viert waren hat es manchmal etwas gedauert, bis jeder seinen Kaffee hatte. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine wĂ€re fĂŒr die Zukunft toll! Alles in allem gibt es trotzdem 5 Sterne! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit =) We were there in March 2023. The house is in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the holiday resort, but that's a good thing. So if you want to have peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Overall, the property is very clean and stylish. A pool, a barbecue, air conditioning in every room, internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen and a large Smart TV make the stay as pleasant as possible. The port of Playa Blanca can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Check-in went smoothly and communication with Tina was always great, even during our stay. The only little thing that bothered us a bit: there is only one Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules. We brought these with us from Germany. Since there were four of us, it sometimes took a while for everyone to have their coffee. A filter coffee machine would be great for the future! All in all it's still 5 stars! We had a great time =)

Moderne Finca auf schöner Urlaubsinsel

Die Finca ist ziemlich modern gehalten, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Der Pool hat auch im Herbst angenehme Temperaturen und wurde mehrfach wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts gereinigt. Einzige kleine Markel: es gibt keinen GeschirrspĂŒler und die direkte Umgebung der Finca ist Bauland und sieht folglich recht trist aus. DafĂŒr bietet die Insel ansonsten viele Highlights. Insgesamt ist der Preis fĂŒr die Finca mehr als fair.

Weihnachtsurlaub

Das Haus noch ziemlich neu, es ist mordern eingerichtet. Die GrĂ¶ĂŸe ist super. Die Sauberkeit ist prima. Die Lage ist schon ziemlich abgelegen,ein Auto ist ein muss. ( oder eben ein E-Roller, wenn man sich nur in dieser Gegend aufhĂ€lt reicht ein Roller auch ) Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, HandtĂŒcher fĂŒr drinnen und draußen, Fön, Spiele, TV ( nur englische Programme). Bluetooth-Lautsprecher. Die KĂŒche war soweit gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte auf jeden Fall eine Kaffeemaschine Über eine SpĂŒlmaschine hĂ€tten wir uns gefreut. Wir hatten kleine Probleme beim Einzug, diese wurden sofort umgehend behoben.

We stayed at this lovely villa for two weeks in late June and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located at the north-eastern edge of Playa Blanca in a quieter neighbourhood, it was perfect for us being away from the main tourist areas but still only 15 mins walk to the sea & restaurants and a little more to the good beaches. Plus only 10-15 mins walk to both a local (open till10pm) supermarket and also an Overseas supermarket filled with British grub if that's your thing. As a bonus you are an easy drive to the best beaches on Lanzarote at Papagayo and very easy to find walking and cycling trails close-by. The villa itself is very modern, clean and spacious with the all important (to us) air-conditioning in the living space and all three bedrooms. The kitchen has all you need apart from a dishwasher as previously noted, but we got used to washing up and it was never an issue. The towels were refreshed every few days and the villa was cleaned after a week which was welcomed. The bedrooms all have plenty of storage and good comfortable beds, two of which have patio/pool access doors. Both bathrooms are modern and have rain showers which are great but do tend to flood the bathrooms, but again this was easily manageable and the floors dried out throughout the day. The internet connection was fast and stable and it was handy to have nice TV's in both the living room and the extra 'Den' which you can watch Netflix on etc, although we just bring an Apple TV and plug that in to save logging in and out etc. The Den is a useful bonus, which has a sofa bed, TV and desk.. The outside area was sunny most of the day and is protected from the strongest winds (it's a windy island!) so lounging on the sun beds or relaxing on the lovely outside furniture was great. The star of the show was the really warm pool which is 1.2-1.5m deep so perfect for our 9 and 12 year olds who could just touch the bottom at the deepest part! The pool cover works miracles, as it keep the pool warmer than we've ever experienced (without heating) especially as the weather was warm (26 degrees most days) but not always sunny and even rained occasionally. It was a true highlight. One note about the outside if you're a fan of shade, there isn't a permanently covered veranda so you need to shuffle the parasol as the sun moves to keep in the shade, but it's no issue. Overall, this was a wonderful holiday villa, one of the best we've stayed in and a credit to the hosts. Thank you!

Beautiful property

We stays here for 10 nights. Fairly new property, all the furniture was new and in excellent condition. Pool area was fantastic. Very relaxing. Probably missing a dishwasher but we ate out most of the time so wasn’t too much of a problem. Very quiet location little too far to walk to the centre but taxis were very prompt once ordered and only €3.50 into Marina Rubicon and €4.50 into Playa Blanca. We will definitely book again thank you

Modern bright villa with good layout

Spent 16 days here at beginning of February 2022. The villa is on a secure gated community with controlled access. You have a private drive way to park car in which is good for shopping and cases. The kitchen I got dinning room and lounge are very modern with high quality fittings and furniture. The entire Wi-Fi and tv entertainment package worked well and was comprehensive, the lounge is espaicially comfortable for night in in front of TV if to breezy to sit out late. The bedroom are all clean tidy and modern with plenty of storage. Both bathroom are modern and clean. The out side terrace has good quality fatten furniture and can be used for dinning. Good quality sun loungers. We paid for additional pool heating and it stayed around a comfortable 29 degrees as long as you cover up with pool cover when not in use (February) probably not need in the summer. You can walk to the supermarket in 10 minutes and although we hired a car we never used it much as just picked up shopping on way back from beach or town. We had a great time here and will defiantly book again if available.
