Noordhoek beach life, Dunedin Ave., Noordhoek, Cape Town.

Although new to VRBO, I have been a superhost for years on a competing platform. Our spacious 340 sqm Villa is situated walking distance to the beach in the most beautiful part of Noordhoek. This beautiful private Villa is on a farm and has all the amenities one could think of, mixture of designer and classics. A massive pool and jacuzzi. Can sleep up till ten people. Often used for film/photo shoots. 25 min from Cape Town. If it is important to you, we are almost carbon neutral free. We use solar to generate electricity, one of the advantages of being in sunny Cape Town. The space The house has three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms with two Queen size beds. Bedroom number three is very big, has one Queen size and two single beds, ideal for kids!

On the farm is a horse and a rescue donkey which are taken care of, you don't have to do anything. The house is very private, has a beautiful fireplace and is situated on a farm with a stream running through it! We have wireless internet set-up through a fibre connection to make sure you have fast internet.

The master bedroom has an AppleTV allowing you login and watch your own Netflix and Amazon, AppleTV as if you were home, we also have movies on a hard drive (all legal) with a full 5.1 home cinema sound system! From kids to adventure movies, it's all there.

The house has accommodation for eight people but we have a wonderful sleeper couch upstairs in the loft where a couple could easily sleep if so required. We have a domestic who's there twice a week to help you to complete your holiday experience!

We are also independent of water as we have our own water from a pristine water source!

There is one baby cot if you so require. Guest access. You have acces to the whole house and won't be sharing the house with anyone! Other things to note We have a pool, 11 x 4 M (no cover), a jacuzzi and a full on home movie entertainment system with a 5.1 sound system.
