This Tudor house has a grand hallway which provides access to the kitchen, living/dining area, office plus separate utility area. York House has large living accommodation for all the family including an open fire place for cosying down on chillier nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to effectively self cater during your stay. This includes oven, hob, microwave, toaster , kettle and cafetiere. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.

From the kitchen open up the patio doors and there is large outdoors dining table for all the family. It's the perfect location for entertaining and in fact quite a sun trap!

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one master double bedroom with an en suite, one double bedroom, and twin room which can be linked together to made a king size bed. The family bathroom is located at the end of the hall and includes a shower and a bath.

There is plenty of parking available; can fit 5 cars on the driveway and there is free on street parking.
