Tenuta Sardella consists of a trullo and a lamia with a 65-square-meter swimming pool in Puglia, in San Michele Salentino. It accommodates up to 6 guests. Tenuta Sardella is in the countryside of San Michele Salentino, a lovely town in the area of Brindisi, ideal for a regenerating holiday in Puglia, surrounded by nature. The Adriatic sea, with its beaches and nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, is 25 kilometers away. The villa is less than one hour drive away from other famous seaside locations such as Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, the beaches of Porto Cesareo and the caves of Castellana.
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
