Villa Carlotta is a beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool, with architecture and style reminiscent of the stately villas of Cuba, but located just 2 km from Ostuni, one of the most elegant destinations for quality tourism in Puglia.
The garden of the large mansion is embellished with swimming pool, bar area, solarium, barbecue, outdoor shower.
There are also all the most useful accessories: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, smart TV, billiards and stereo, hair dryer, mosquito nets, washing machine, iron and ironing board, crib on request.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc.

From the entrance gate, immediately to the right is the relaxation area with a large pool (15 m x 8) whose multi-level depth allows easy entry suitable for everyone.
Around
it are the solarium equipped with comfortable sunbeds, the bar corner
for preparing cool cocktails between baths, and an outdoor shower.
On
the side of the pool a grove with manicured lawn allows you to relax in
the cool, refreshed by the heady scent of herbette. A driveway leads to
parking for cars, located on one side of the villa.

is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and with outdoor
sitting area. The pergola that gives shade to the entire perimeter of
the mansion allows you to be outside at any time of the day.
The architecture of Villa Carlotta, its interior and exterior design is inspired by the stately villas of the island of Cuba, where the owner spend several months of the year. A stay with an almost Caribbean atmosphere, just 2 km from Ostuni.
The spacious living room is dominated at the entrance by a pool table and, further on, furnished with a fireplace corner and TV, 2 single, colorful sofa beds, enhanced by the floor in darker shades .
The living area is completed by a kitchen room
with direct exit to the outside, furnished with large dining table that
can accommodate up to 20 people, very close also to the barbecue area
stocked with firewood.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is
a double with a large en suite bathroom, complete with bathtub and
washbasin whose style is reminiscent of the splendor and distant times
of the Caribbean island.
The other two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin whose beds can also be joined, are served by 1 large central bathroom.

Villa
Carlotta stands in a residential area, among the olive groves of the
countryside around Ostuni, just 2 km from the beautiful town that stands
on a scenic hillock.
Ostuni, among the finest tourist
destinations in Puglia, fascinates with the uniqueness of its
labyrinthine whitewashed historic center, its narrow streets full of
stores, small houses, palaces and small squares, and enchants with the
goodness of its food and wine offerings.
In addition, just a few
kilometers from the town, long beaches of golden sand and pretty coves
stretch out, falling within the Marina di Ostuni, where you can bathe in
an uncontaminated sea of crystal-clear color.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 100 per week, payable on-site.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
