Situated just a few minutes walk from Hill Head Beach, popular with water sports enthusiasts offering good sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and also fishing. While dogs are allowed on the nearby beach all year round, they must be kept on a lead on the promenade. Inside the house boasts wooden oak floors and leather sofas.
