About The Property



Styled by a local interior designer, Adgestone Villa has been thoughtfully curated to offer a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Light-filled living spaces, contemporary furnishings, and carefully chosen finishes create a relaxed yet refined feel that works beautifully in every season.



The spacious lounge provides a cosy retreat after a day exploring the Island, centred around a Charnwood log burner ideal for autumn and winter stays. During warmer months, patio doors open directly onto the south-facing garden, inviting you to enjoy outdoor dining, poolside relaxation, and long summer evenings under the Island sky.



The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfectly designed for sociable meals, family breakfasts, and relaxed entertaining, while the adjoining utility room adds practicality for longer stays.

Entrance Hallway

Accessed via three steps, with storage cupboard for coats, boots, and outdoor essentials.

Guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver (£100) or a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in (only charged if damage is reported within 7 days of departure).



Pets: Up to 3 well-behaved pets welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and ensure pets are added at booking.



Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger. Use of mains electricity for vehicle charging is prohibited.
