The two further guest bedrooms have king sized beds and the 4th bedroom has a bunk bed, the bottom bunk is double sized.

The family bathroom is spacious with a bath and separate shower.

Downstairs the open plan kitchen with island seating features top of the range appliances including Smeg oven, Bibo hot and cold water filter and barista coffee maker.

The kitchen leads on to a dining area with views of the garden.

Tucked round the corner is the lounge with large comfy sofas, wood burning stove and smart tv with surround sound.

There is also a garden chill out room with floor to ceiling windows which flood the space with natural light.

The enclosed garden provides a serene outdoor space for relaxation and leisure with a furnished patio area offering the perfect spot to rest and enjoy.

A Swedish style wooden sauna and outdoor shower can be found tucked around the corner of the garden.

A boot room with separate entrance provides ample space for muddy boots, coats, water sports gear and beach equipment.

In the garage you will find a washer, dryer, and home gym system. *Please note that use of the gym equipment is entirely at your own risk.

Off-street parking is available, providing convenient parking for up to two cars.
