Beach getaway

Spacious and clean beach house for a quick weekend getaway. Short walk across 30A to access beach however, easy to do even with 2 small children and an infant. Great communication with the property manager who was available at all times to answer questions and respond to concerns (although there were none :)). Neighborhood was quiet, not crowded, little traffic. Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous house on 30-a!

Stayed here for a week with 2 friends and our daughters. The house is beautifully decorated and has plenty of room for 12 people. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive to seaside or watercolor. Loved every minute of the week at this house! Will come again.

Family Vacation

This was, by far, the best property we have stayed at in Seagrove, other than One Seagrove Place. The house is so spacious and was very clean. Everyone had enough space to sleep and the rooms were a great size. We also loved that the kitchen was open to the living room, so that we could all hang out together, even while cooking. It was a very short and nice walk to the beach access, which we appreciated with little ones in tow. Owners were very responsive to our needs during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation home

We had our family of nine during the stay. This house allowed the three families to have their own area in home to have privacy. We had a wonderful main area that accommodated everyone. The bathrooms were amazing and their were plenty for each family unit. Close to the pool and short walk to the beach. The area around the neighborhood had places to eat, shop and entertainment. The house was so good we are wanting to book it for next year. We all hated to say goodbye after a week of rest, relaxation and family time.

Beautiful home with perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay in this home for a group of 10. The home is spacious with plenty of seating for a large group. The location was perfect and we appreciated the beach chairs and wagon that were provided in the garage. Our only complaints about the home include there were several roaches spotted throughout the home on the first and second floors, there was only one extra trash bag, there was not enough toilet paper provided for a home that can accommodate so many guests, and the trash cans outside had not been emptied prior to our arrival, so we could not properly fit all our trash in the cans when we departed. Overall great stay and would stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was really looking forward to this stay, especially after having a great experience with this company last year. Unfortunately, this visit fell short. We encountered multiple live cockroaches throughout the week, and despite reporting the issue early on, pest control didn’t arrive until day five and only treated the exterior. We continued finding dead roaches around the home, which made the stay uncomfortable.There were also several maintenance concerns, including a broken first-floor window, lines running through the main living room TV, bathroom pocket doors that wouldn’t latch, and a dryer that became extremely loud by the end of our stay. The house is just in need of regular exterminating and a general refresh.The location itself is wonderful—the neighborhood pool and beach access were fantastic—but overall the issues in the home made this stay disappointing.

Amazing house and location!

We just spent Spring Break in SeaNest Village and couldn't have enjoyed this house more. We had 2 couples with 4 adults and 6 kids (10-15) and this house was the perfect size with everyone having their own bed. We've been vacationing in the 30A area for almost 20 years now and this is easily one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. The location is great with easy access to the beach (the pull cart provided was a nice touch) as well as a few restaurants and easy access to Seaside and Rosemary. The trail in the back is nice also. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool area but it looked very nice and well kept. Lastly, dealing with Ross was great. He was very accessible and communication was great throughout. This house definitely made our cold stay much more enjoyable and we will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay and the beach access crossing 30A worked out fine as most vehicles stop to let us cross. The home layout also great for our group with two under 5 yrs. old. Great pool for the small neighborhood and we had it most times to ourselves. Home photos are accurate but some items need 's a rental and there is some wear and tear. Old Mr Coffee pot, kitchen utensils and pans could be better.

Very poor check in instructions

We were never told property was gated and not sent a gate code. We could not gain entry to the subdivision and drove around for hours trying to find the property. We finally received text with gate code from management company. This was very disappointing after long drive and arriving after dark.

To clarify, our system automatically sends out access codes a week prior to arrival and again on the actual day of check-in. Unfortunately, it appears the guide was not fully utilized, which led to the confusion. Once you reached out, one of our agents promptly assisted you, guiding you to the exact location of the information. Great Property

The community also offered an amazing pool which we used nearly every evening. Home is conveniently located and nearly directly across the street from the beach access point.I will also note we initially had an issue with the main refrigerator and we called Benchmark. Benchmark worked with us and corrected the issue timely and we were very satisfied.

When we called Benchmark several times it took them two days to get back. We have rented from Benchmark many times over the years and usually get amazing service. Do not know what happened here.

Beautiful home with private beach access

Beds were a little noisy & there were some minor things that were a little run down, but no major complaints. Having the private beach access was wonderful & just a short walk away (the 1 key fob thing was a pain, but expected). Great location on 30A. Pool was nice, but very warm. Plenty of beach chairs & 2 wagons, plus boogie boards. The kitchen had most everything except washcloths, dish soap & a pizza cutter. Construction is going on next door, but they were mostly quiet & in the finishing stages. Overall great stay!

We’ve been traveling to the area for 20 year’s and this house (when combined with the neighborhood location and proximity to the beach) is probably our favorite. Things to note: bedroom and bathroom doors do not lock reliably (not a deal breaker but worth mentioning), the grill at the house is definitely in need of replacing (we ended up using the grill by the pool), the kitchen is well equipped for a large party aside from hardly any forks or regular spoons (but plenty of pots and pans). The landing area on the 3rd level with the two twin beds really needs a dresser so anyone sleeping there for a week has a place to unpack and put their clothes. There’s plenty of dining and lounging seating. The extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage and extra parking is a huge plus!Make sure you scan the QR code when you arrive. It will have alllll the codes you need for the gates, pool, etc. Private beach area is great and beach is gorgeous. 4 minute walk is pretty accurate. Pool is SO close! The only big negative is that you have to have a fob to enter AND leave the beach access. Such a terrible policy when you have houses that hold so many people. There really should be a gate code. But we’ve had this in other properties, it’s not specific to this one. But it really is a problem the HOA should address. Overall though it’s great and we will definitely be looking to return!

Gated location and easy walkability

The home layout also great for our group with two under 5 yrs. old. Great pool for the small neighborhood and we had it most times to ourselves. Home photos are accurate but some items need 's a rental and there is some wear and tear. Old Mr Coffee pot, kitchen utensils and pans could be better.

Poorly managed home and property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Broken Curtain Rods in one of the bedrooms was left on the table. Bag of linens left at the front door. Overflowing and disgusting smelling out door trash. Cob webs on ceiling. Dirty floors. Mold in the washing machine. Stains on sheets. Living room chairs had staples sticking out the back. Lamp missing knob. Light not working in 1/2 bath. Dirty Grill. Sofa in need of deep cleaning. Food under 3rd floor bedroom. Unfortunately, this home is in a great location and fantastic beach access but the home was in unsatisfactory condition. It's a beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood but it is serious need of refresh and deep cleaning. We spent the first night doing a deep clean for the wives to feel comfortable. The private beach access was amazing. I would loved to have stay here for many years to come but I can only imagine how bad the house will be in another year. This is our 3rd year staying around Seaside and this was the worst of the the 3. We have previously stayed in Naturewalk and those two houses were amazing but we had a public beach vs private beach access here.

Mihn, We are very sorry to hear that your stay with us at Benchmark Management was unsatisfactory. It is never our intention for our guest to be displeased with the property they booked for their relaxing trip to the beach. Our records show that we were informed of the overflowing trashcans as well as the linens and curtain rod. After we were notified of these issues, we had a member of our team stop by the property and move some trash as well as try to enter the property, but no one answered the door. Management also called the following day and left a voicemail to make sure everything was back on track, but we never heard a response from you. We want to assure you that we did our due diligence to right our wrongs while on your stay. We are however happy you enjoyed the location of the home and the easily accessible beach access. Our group was 4 adults and 2 kids, so the key fob was not as big of a deal for us, but 2 would have been nice. The community pool is not heated, so we couldn't enjoy it during our stay. However, we would stay again.
