You will appreciate the view and the magnificent sunsets over the sea and the bay of Toulon during your siestas, aperitifs or meals in the garden and various terraces.

Our1950's house will charm you with its wonderful personality, its view, its calm and its magnificent garden.
Relaxing holidays in the peace of the house and its garden (swimming pool, bowling green, terraces overlooking the sea) or sports activities with the sea just a stone's throw away, for swimming, paddle boarding or snorkelling (preserved underwater park), the Baou Rouge hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, the sailing or diving club, tennis courts and horse club, as well as the golf course of Valgarde.

Our paddles and bikes are at your disposal to enjoy the sea and surroundings. We particularly recommend scuba diving (masks and snorkels available) in front of the house.

For your meals, opt either for the shade of the large pine tree or the upper terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. Your days can be spent in the garden and swimming pool or sea bathing, napping in the shade of the pines, rocked by the sound of cicadas and waves. Evening drinks facing the sunset over the bay will be unforgetable. You can also choose to enjoy the beauties of the region: trips to Porquerolles, Port-cros, the Gien peninsula, Hyères, Toulon, the Var hinterland and its magical coast ...

The city center of Pradet 5 minutes away by car offers its market, its shops, its village square with cafes and terraces. A 2 min walk from the house is a small supermarket, a bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, ice cream parlor and 3 restaurants that provide all the daily necessities.

The house has 5 double bedrooms and two shower rooms which have just been renovated, with separate WCs, a large kitchen and a living room with sea view opening onto an elevated terrace.
