Beautiful two bedroom apartment located on the first floor, in a beautiful building located in the Barrio Santa Cruz, near the cathedral, specifically on Consuelo street.

Upon entering the apartment we find the living room, very cozy, with designer furniture. The living room has a sofa and armchairs as well as a small desk that overlooks a charming interior patio. The kitchen is practically integrated into the living room, it is modern, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need.

From the living room there is also access to one of the bedrooms, which includes two 90 x 1.90 cm single beds. If we return to the living room, we can continue along a corridor that leads to a toilet and then a bathroom with a shower plate, and independent from the bedroom. Finally we will find the main bedroom, which includes a 1.80 x 1.90 cm double bed and a small flat screen television.

Consuelo Street is a beautiful and quiet street near Mateos Gago Street, in the heart of the city. Just a step away we can find traditional restaurants and bars, and of course the most important monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Alcázar.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
