villa is entirely fenced and accessible from a gate that opens into the
parking area in the garden. Moreover, in the garden there is an
equipped area with beach beds, barbecue and outdoor shower which is
useful after a day at the beach.
The
holiday home is introduced by a porch with dining area and it consists
of a living room with tv and air conditioning, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 four-bed room with two bunk beds and 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Margherita is 30 meters away from the beach of Punta Prosciutto and
near beach establishments. The closest city centre with amenities is
Torre Colimena, less than 4 kilometers away. Moreover, the villa is near
Torre Lapillo, 7 kilometers away and Porto Cesareo, 11 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Final cleaning for pets euro 45 to be paid upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
