Spouse and I stayed here. Location is fantastic. Steps to all the major sights on that end of the city. Noisy at night bc it is immediately off of the sidewalk/street. Could use some basic maintenance but it worked ok.

Perfect location!

Excellent property, in the perfect location - close to everything. Finding parking was a little tough, but an easy walk to everything once we did. The host communicated well and did a great job describing the location. We would definitely stay here again.

great location, loud car traffic all hours of the night

Location is great, close to everything downtown. Place is a little noisy, you can hear street sounds well. Saturday night party crowd was quite tolerable, after all just people having a good time. Cars speeding over the cobble stones at all hours of the night in the narrow street were loud and more disruptive. Hosts were great and responsive in communicating, place was clean.

This rental had an amazing location, with walking distance to almost anything we wanted to experience in Madrid! There were a few hiccups with the place, including trouble with the code to get in, issues with the toilet running, and the shower only had very hot water. But the place was clean and spacious.

Responsive Host, Great Location

The location of this VRBO can't be beat. In the heart of it all! The host was very responsive to our questions. This VRBO has a comfortable queen size bed. The sofa pull-out is between a twin and a double and not very comfortable. My daughter ended up just sleeping on the sofa which was fine since she is not too tall.

Location, location. This property is an easy walk to many of the sites of interest in Madrid. The studio apartment was damp, the finishing was crude. Neither of us could figure out the hot water in the shower. I will say that the location made our staying where we were worth the stay.

Small but just right

The apartment is quite small, I slept in the sleeper sofa which wasn't as comfortable as the bed. The shower is hard to work, the hot and cold handles needed to be in exactly the right spot to get warm water. But overall, it was a fine place to stay for 3 night.

We stayed 3 nights. To be honest, I booked this place without talking to my husband because it was a great location and good price. However, when we arrived my husband was concerned about it was street level. But, it turned out it was safe neighborhood. I communicated with Jesus a couple times with other questions and he was very responsive and resolved our issues. Thank you Jesus and his team 🙏

V difficult for our driver to find. Whilst the property is cozy it’s not it’s name. It’s Opera Suites Fidelio. The name Cozy needs to be in the description not the name. Check in was difficult. Great location. Apartment good enough for 4 people

The apartment was like advertised and we could see in images. Enough space for 4, has TV with Netflix, Amazon, etc. The kitchen is good, has a microwave and big fridge and you can prepare what you like easy. What could be better is cleanness, it was not like it should, this must be improved. Now, the best. Location. It's right in the center a few minutes away from Royal Palace and Cathedral Almudena. A few more and you're in Plaza espana and Gran via. I stopped the car very near in the first day and only take it when exiting the apartment. And in August the park is free. I'd definitely repeat if I could.
