This beautiful apartment has just been entirely renovated and features an attractive open-plan arrangement with sleek contemporary interiors, two spacious master bedrooms, one bedroom with two bunk beds, and two beautiful designer bathrooms. Located on the third floor of a historic building with elevator, the apartment is in one of the most exclusive areas of the Florence center, just a few steps away from the Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Piazza della Repubblica and all of the city\'s treasures. It consists of:

This is a great apartment with plenty of space and a perfect location. Most everything is a 3-16 minute walk away. It is in a quiet area. We would definitely stay here again.

Hot summer in Florence

The property’s location is ideal for the major sites. Most within walking distance. Many cafes, grocery stores and restaurants were nearby.It was extremely hot and the apartment had great AC. We have stayed at other places that were not as efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

We are two couples that were very comfortable in this beautifully located apartment. The modern amenities were offset beautifully by traditional furniture and lovely artwork. It was wonderful to sit on our balcony and have a coffee in the morning and feel a part of Florence!

Perfect location

A beautiful old Italian church and quiet courtyard was our view when we entered the roomy apartment. All sleeping areas were comfortable and able to close off from noise. The location was close to groceries, restaurants, shopping and all of the museums and Florence activities. We were very comfortable and happy! Highly recommended!!!

Family trip to Florence

The apartment was like an oasis - quiet, cool and spacious for me, my wife and three daughters (17, 18 and 21) visiting from the US. Larger than the photos show. Master suite can be closed off, and the two other bedrooms (one with bunk beds, one with full) worked perfectly for the other three. Property manager was very helpful.

Beautiful property in great walkable neighborhood. Very quiet. It was as advertised. Washer and dryer was great to have as we were on a two week long holiday. On minor item small amount of paper products provided and no laundry products. Over all however was nice.

Florence for 3 days

This was a wonderful and comfortable place. It’s on a quiet nook so you’re away from the noise but around the corner from many things and walking distance to all attractions. Only thing to be aware of is the room with bunk beds is sane room as washer/dryer, which could be annoying if person in that room is trying to rest. This room is small and probably best for children vs adult. The other bedrooms were great and beds were very comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect accommodations in every way!

My 2 adult daughters and I spent 9 days in Rome, Florence and Venice. While in Rome we stayed in a small family run hotel. While in Florence we chose this VRBO unit and were very pleased. We had planned on the washer and dryer and we were able to wash our clothes for the second half of the trip allowing us to pack lightly. Location was perfect, close to main squares. We really appreciated the space. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowed us to stretch out. The bathrooms were really lovely and the radiant floor heat a treat. Check in was easy. We would stay here again!

Great apartment in excellent location

Great apartment with everything needed for our family of 5 adults. Location was a couple blocks off Arno. Close to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and Duomo. Quiet at night. Balcony was lovely in the morning and at night. Some troubles with communication getting into the apartment. Found a phone number buried in emails with property manager and then successfully communicated with host via WhatsApp. Host graciously made our taxi reservations when needed. It was a fair walk from train station with suitcases across cobbled streets. We didn’t want to wait in cab stand for taxi and opted to walk. Doable, just be aware it was maybe 20 minutes and a bit tough over the cobbles.

The apartment was nice and the location was perfect. The addition of a cleaning fee and Tourist tax was unexpected as it was not mentioned until we checked in. That is absolutely unacceptable! Had we known sooner we would have canceled and found somewhere else. And there were no instructions about how to operate anything in the apartment. No instructions about connecting to internet, how the temperature systems worked, etc. The unexpected cleaning charge and the multiple reminders to be sure to leave in in the apartment the next day and then to have someone show up the first afternoon to collect the payment was underhanded nuisance as an unexpected additional fee. I would not do business with this property owner again.

Terrible Experience

The host had good communication, however, we ran into a multitude of problems. The key from the lock box would not open our door and we tried for an hour before it finally opened. It turns out that only the key inside the house worked. The iron didn’t work (and I needed it), but the host bought a new one. Unfortunately, it wasn’t there when I needed it. We also got stuck on the tiny elevator and we DID NOT EXCEED THE WEIGHT LIMIT. We were stuck in there for 45 minutes. We were all terrified. Someone had to be called to come get us out. One problem after another. The last thing you want on vacation is a hassle. The host refused to give a partial refund for our troubles and time that was lost. HORRIBLE !!!

Great apartment, great location

Everything was great except for a few things. Very clean, great location, well appointed. We had to contact them and find out the check in procedure the day we arrived. No info was given ahead of time. Plus, they use WhatsApp which complicated things since I was not set up. Would have been helpful to put this requirement on our booking so we would have been prepared. We could not figure out how to make coffee (2 ways, stove top espresso and a small espresso that takes pods). We have an espresso stove top but this one did not work for us. We could not find the right pods for the other. Stove, washer and dryer were very difficult to figure out. Instructions in english would have been helpful. This biggest problem was at around 8:00 p.m the night before we were to leave early the next morning, we were told we needed to leave $216 euros in cash in the unit to cover the cleaning fee and the city tax. We did not have enough cash. Not sure why this was not communicated at the time of booking or the time of check-in. VERY inconvenient to try to find an ATM close by.

Modern retreat in the heart of Florence

Well appointed unit with room for the whole family to spread out and relax. Right in the heart of things but set back in a quiet corner where you can't hear or see the crowds. We requested access to the unit early to drop off bags and they accommodated us. The building is in a quiet little square right across from a church and near the main action. A one minute walk takes you to a main street with pizza, sandwiches, gelato and coffee right there for you. Super easy 5 minute walk to a grocery store. There is a functional elevator which we used for the stroller and bags but stairs were manageable and we opted for those mostly. The unit has very comfortable bed and the bathrooms are great. Well lit units. A Smart TV for the kids if needed and the usual kitchen amenities you'd expect (equipment wise, not pantry. Which was not a problem we hit the grocery store). Great dining room set up and living room. We did not use these but you can close off the living room via pocket doors. This is probably excellent for letting in fresh air but air conditioning the living spaces. Shutters are functional and we used them to keep sun out but let air in during the stay. Cute little balcony which the adults used but we kept the kids off of. The unit has a washer and DRYER which was helpful. Smaller than what we see stateside but perfect for the little ones getting gelato on their clothes. Getting to all the main points of interest is merely a matter of minutes and stepping back for a rest or break was easy. Definitely important with kids. We recommend this unit and would stay here again!
