Elegant completely renovated building in a panoramic position on the Gulf of Porto Azzurro, a few steps from the Spanish Fortress and only 500 meters from the lively town square with its bars, restaurants and shops overlooking the sea. The apartments, three two-room apartments and one studio apartment, are arranged over two floors and surrounded by a large garden. Among the alleys of the town one of the most crowded and well-known evening markets on the island. From Porto Azzurro it is also possible to leave for a boat excursion, visiting hidden coves and snorkelling and diving in the magnificent seabed of the island. The closest and most comfortable beach is La Pianotta, characterized by a crystal clear sea, fine gravel and large rocks. Not far away are the beaches of Barbarossa, Reale and the very special Terranera.
The two-room apartments have a maximum of 4 beds. The interior consists of a bright living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed from which you can access a small balcony with a view of Porto Azzurro, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The furniture is comfortable and functional and the structure has a barbecue and parking. Pets are not allowed. Ideal for families with children and offers the possibility to reach the center and the beach in a few minutes.
