A 5 minute walk the other direction takes you too the beautiful River Ness, Ness Islands and Eden Court. If outdoor activities is your thing, you'll find Bellfield Park 5 minutes along the road, where you can play tennis and hire bikes and for the younger guest in your party the park has a good play area with paddling pool. 10 minutes through the Ness Islands you'll find the swimming pool, ice rink, skate park, boating pond and the Bought park where most of the music events are held.

This property has one good sized double room and one twin room, accompanied by a well fitted shower room with a proper sized 1200x900 power shower. The lounge can comfortably seat 4 adults and is equipped with large TV, sky TV and sound bar. The sound bar is Bluetooth and can be connected to any phone to provide your own music.
Alongside the lounge there is a fully equipped kitchen that leads out to your own private court yard.
There is adequate on street permit parking on the small side streets beside the property. Parking permit is provided.
