Overlooking the development orchard, this modern top floor flat (accessible by lift) is quiet and comfortable and in a lovely leafy residential area of Inverness with an approximate 15 minute walk to the city centre past the NEW Inverness Castle Experience.

Bright and airy, the apartment is an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. It has been furnished and equipped with your comfort and convenience in mind. Located on a quiet block, the flat is soundproofed ensuring peace and tranquility.

Your health is so important so an enhanced cleaning protocol is followed with strategic disinfection.

The sitting room has windows opening to a balcony. There is a comfortable 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a 50 inch flat screen LG television.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including a microwave, toaster, oven, stovetop, dishwasher and washer/drier. There is also a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with complimentary capsules.

The main bedroom overlooks the orchard where you will also have windows opening to the balcony. Here you will find a luxury queen-size (5 ft) mattress. Constructed from a double layer of over 3,000 pocket springs. The fillings include cotton and cashmere.

In the second bedroom, you will find, two also very comfortable single beds.

Beds are all fitted with hotel quality linens and fresh towels are also provided.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite.

There is free wifi and plenty of storage space.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s located close to the city center and a very easy walk. The apartment is lovely with all the things that you would need. Joanna the host is very easy to contact and extremely helpful. I would recommend folks visiting Inverness to stay here. 10/10!!

Wonderful Place

Excellent, well decorated and furnished apartment. On top floor but there is a lift. Large rooms including a living room for relaxing at the end of day. Very convenient to getting to downtown Inverness. If ever back in the area, would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay!

Stayed for a short holiday with my mom, brother, and husband. The apartment was perfect for us! Super comfortable, clean, and walking distance to town. Joanna was an amazing host, great communication and helpful with info and advice for our visit. Would definitely stay here again when back in Inverness!

Great Flat!

Loved our stay at Hedgefield House. It is a bit out of the city center but it was a pleasant walk without high hills to climb. The rooms were clean and functional. The kitchen had everything necessary for our meal preps. I highly recommend this flat for your Inverness trip!

Lovely place to stay

We didn’t have a car but the walk to town was easy and the cab service quite convenient. The flat is lovely, clean and bright. Joanna is a wonderful host who tries to think of everything you need and supplies it in advance!

Beautiful Inverness Property

We stayed at this property in April and it was wonderful. The property is beautiful and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we could need and Joanna left us a great welcome gift. It is close enough to some main areas that you could walk and there was free parking if you choose to drive. We only stayed for 2 nights but would definitely stay longer.

Lovely flat-great location

The flat is very modern yet homey! We were out all day, everyday and when we came back, we enjoyed sitting in the family room talking and relaxing. Joanna left us a delicious welcome gift. She was very helpful-answering questions, recommending restaurants and activities and responding quickly to all questions. The flat is a short 10 minute walk to the city center. I would definitely rent again.

An amazing stay!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay at Joanna's Inverness property. She truly thought of everything a family could need while traveling and went above and beyond! The flat is simply gorgeous and a great layout for a traveling family with two private bedrooms and baths. I had forgotten about the washer/dryer combination so that was a lovely - and helpful - surprise! It is located a short walk from town and if you have a car there are multiple grocery stores nearby. We hope to return in the near future and know we will book again. Thank you, Joanna!

Fantastic accommodation

This place was so clean and big and in a pretty area. Having two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower was a treat compared to other places we stayed. A welcome package was there when we came which was much appreciated since we were travelling a lot. The instructions on how to get there were detailed. Host was available if we had questions but we didn't. 100% would recommended. Thank you so much.

Idyllic location

This flat was stunning in an idyllic park like setting. It was a joy to walk up the drive every day knowing what a beautiful place awaited. The location was perfect with a 15-20 minute walk to the downtown and many restaurants and pubs in the area. We really like Cafe 1 and The Castle Tavern. Inverness itself was a joy to visit. Joanna was so helpful with any questions we had and made many suggestions to make our stay memorable. She left so many goodies for us to enjoy. The flat itself was so quiet, comfortable and beautifully appointed with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. Would recommend this place to anyone to stay.

Fabulous Flat and Hostess

The flat is as lovely as the pictures. It is clean and bright. The beds are very comfortable. It is about a fifteen minute walk into the city center for resi and shops. The best part was the warm welcome provided by Joanna. She had delicious bread, pastries cookies, milk and butter stocked for our arrival. She also checked in with us a few times to see if we needed anything. The only glitch is the key to the outside door can be challenging. Turn it to the left gently.

Really lovely apartment

This is a two-bedroom, 2 bath flat in Inverness. It is on the 2nd floor (3rd to Americans), and there is a lift, so no stairs were required. It was very nicely furnished, with comfortable sofa and chairs. It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-size refrigerator. The bathrooms were very nice, with plenty of counter space. There is a standing shower in the en-suite, and a tub/shower combo in the hall bathroom. The water pressure in the standing shower was very good, and we had ample hot water. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we've stayed in, and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Inverness apartment

We were two couples doing a two week road trip through Scotland and had the wonderful opportunity of making this property our "home" for three nights (May 29-31). Can't say enough about our terrific hostess, Joanna. She was easy to work with, very friendly and made sure we had what we needed. I enjoyed our daily emails and wish we could have met in person. The unit is great: super clean, super modern, very quiet in a lovely area and only a leisurely ten minute walk to downtown. The parking was a bonus. After exploring Inverness and surrounding areas we were able to return "home" in the evenings to relax and get a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds. We want to thank Joanna again for the lovely stay and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Inverness we would definitely book this apartment.

Exceeded All Expectations

When we travel, we generally stay in VRBO properties and have only occasionally been disappointed in what was offered and the reality. Not this time. This was one of the nicest VRBO properties we have ever enjoyed. Every single detail was exactly as described in the listing. It was immaculately clean and the beds were heavenly. The neighborhood was quiet but very accessible. It was about a 15 minute walk to a bustling part of Inverness and one of our couples walked it easily and often. It was a bit difficult for me (bad knees) and once was enough. However, we had absolutely no issue with calling cabs to whisk us to and fro. The cab fares were surprisingly low as well. What made this stay so very special was our host, Joanna. I had a number of questions prior to our arrival and Joanna was extremely attentive and responsive. She went out of her way to find answers to some of my questions regarding the area (bad knees, you know) and she assured me that accessibility was easily accommodated and it was. She provided butter and jam, biscuits, coffee, tea, milk, and lovely bread to get us started the first morning (her items were so generous that we enjoyed them for several days). There was an espresso machine, but it wasn't working properly which was too bad, but we did not really miss it as the kettle worked great. In summary, everything was where one would expect to find it, which is not always the case in rentals. Thank you, Joanna, for a superb stay.

The mattress in the ensuite bedroom is made by a company about half mile away called Highland Blindcraft who are an ethnically run business. The mattress is the best one they do. They are also good quality mattresses in the single room too from a well regarded UK company. The Nespresso machine broke unfortunately so has now been replaced. Hope you will come and stay again

Amazing experience!

I have never used Vrbo before, but if properties are managed anything like this one, I will only use this service from now on! Joanna was very helpful and available if we had any questions or problems. She responded quickly and was very courteous. The property was in a perfect location with exactly what we needed for my family. I wish we lived closer to come back again often!
