Villa la Corte is located near Greve in Chianti, in the splendid Chianti countryside.

Surrounded by 10 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and gardens, the property dates back to the 12th century and boasts a large veranda equipped with a dining table, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Tuscan landscape.

Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a lounge area, ideal to relax while reading a book or sipping a glass of wine, and a suggestive stone-lined pool (14 x 4.2 x 2.3 m), with sunbeds, shade umbrellas, a wet bar, and external shower.

Moreover at guests' disposal there is ample private parking, a bowling green, a fenced tennis court (Astroturf), a gym with exercise equipment, weights, and a ping pong table. Equipment for all of these is provided. Children can also enjoy the enclosed trampoline.

The villa is a short walk to a path that leads to extensive walking/biking trails along the Fiume Pesa.

Internal Description

Internally furnished in an elegant and comfortable style, Villa la Corte is spread over 3 floors, and can sleep up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms are equipped with conditioning. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of: a large ancient arched stone entry hall, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, oven, two refrigerators and dining table); a spacious dining room with wooden table and massive fireplace; a living room with sofa, tv, fireplace, and games table; a large billiard room with snooker equipment as well as a dart board. A toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer make the rest of the floor.

First floor: The first floor is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms (one of which can be transformed into a twin) with ensuite bathrooms; 2 bedrooms (that have the option of two single beds or one king) with a shared bathroom down the hall. There is also a large sitting room with a massive fireplace and a bookshelf, as well as another large room typically adorned with flowers.

On the mezzanine floor there is a bedroom with 2 singles (convertible to a king) and ensuite bathroom.

Included in the price: Final cleaning; welcome dinner on Saturday night (pre-set menu); 2 extra dinners from Monday to Thursday (guests can choose from a rich menu of starters, main courses, and side dishes); fresh ingredients for continental breakfast delivered in villa every day; pre-stocked fridge service (cost of groceries not included); wines from the estate (3 bottles of Chianti Classico, 1 bottle of Gran Selezione); 1 bottle of balsamic vinegar from the estate; daily room tidying; bathrooms cleaned daily; dinner dishes cleaned up; salt and pepper; estate produced olive oil and balsamic vinegar; coffee.

Not included in the price: Grocery service (available only on Monday and Wednesday): 50.00€ per trip; heating (150.00€ per day); extra wine and balsamic (branded); Chianti Classico (30.00€/bottle); Gran Selezione (55.00€/bottle); Balsamic (30.00€/bottle); possibility to book up to 2 extra dinners at 500.00€ per dinner for groups of 6 or fewer (50.00€ per additional person over 10 years old).
