The living areas in this reverse level property consist of a first-floor open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a Siemens cooker, hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 'Bean to Cup' coffee machine, Smart TV with full Sky Q package, including Sky Sports HD, Sky Cinema, Kids and Netflix, and a selection of games. The basement-level bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite, a twin (zip/link) with Smart TV, and a single with Freeview TV, DVD player and Playstation, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, a seaward facing first floor balcony, a seaward facing terrace with hot tub, outside furniture including table and chairs. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Two highchairs and travel cots available; we request that guests provide their own cot bedding. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 0.8 miles, and the beach in 0.1 miles. Portside is a wonderful base to enjoy the Cornish coastline. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
