Respect for neighbors is mandatory. Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances.

Noise detector:The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable the device or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine ranging from €50 to €250.





Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (fine from €50 to €250).





Pets:

Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon request (€20 extra fee).





Towels:

Bath towels may not be used at the beach. Otherwise, €12 per towel will be charged.
