Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a ground-floor twin, along a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside, there is an enclosed, tiered garden with patio and hot tub, whilst roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 2 Llain Ffynnon is a charming abode in the Welsh countryside.
Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi, selection of DVDs, books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Hive Heating system. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Roadside parking is available. Enclosed, tiered garden with patio and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: The lane is tight and guests should park close to the edge of the grass hedge to ensure other cars can pass. Please note: hot tub is not to be used after 10:30pm. Please be mindful of neighbours. Groeslon is a lovely base for a getaway to the Welsh coast and countryside.
