The villa, built entirely of Stintino stone with a panoramic view of the sea of the Asinara Island National Park, was built on a hilly terrain that was called "sa mandra", the refuge.
The house is set in an exclusive property garden of about 1.000 square meters, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub (junipers, rosemary, olive trees and oleanders) and by the characteristic dry stone walls.
Cars can be conveniently parked on the property. The garden has an outdoor shower with hot water.
The house on the main floor consists of 1 double bedroom furnished with typical Sardinian handicraft furniture, 1 bedroom with two single beds and large built-in wardrobe, living room with fireplace, non-habitable kitchen separated by a sliding door, 1 bathroom with large shower covered with the typical Orosei marble, 2 verandas with wooden pergola and cane roof.
The living area, double-height with pitched ceilings, through a large window, allows you to maintain the perception of continuity between the interior and the Mediterranean scrub. The seafront veranda is equipped with teak tables and chairs for eight people as well as armchairs.
The panoramic view allows you to enjoy the lights of dawn with the sun rising on the horizon from the sea and the shades of the sky at sunset. During the day, what is most striking are the colours of the sea in the bay between Pelosa beach and the Piana island.
The upper floor consists of 1 air-conditioned double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a closet with fitted wardrobes.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
The house and the garden, completely independent and separated from the neighbouring property, allow you to enjoy the right to privacy.
The villa, located between the village of Stintino and the Pelosa beach in Ovile del Mercante, is about 2.2 km (about 4 minutes by car, 30 minutes on foot, 11 minutes by bike) from the Pelosa beach and 1 km from the town centre (2 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bicycle).
At 100 meters, there is also a bus stop and a restaurant with a panoramic terrace.
It is rented to couples and families. Children are welcome.
It is not allowed to organize events and parties.
Cleaning is carried out following the provisions of the Ministry of Health and the National Protocol "Safe Reception" with authorized disinfectants and detergents (surgical medical devices) with particular attention to the surfaces most frequently used (door and window handle, toilet, kitchen and dishes). The laundry is treated with high-temperature washing.
