The walls of the apartment were retouched in November last year, but unfortunately the education of the previous guests ruined the work. (this is an apartment that is often occupied). The bed is damaged in the headboard area due to the sun coming through the window and it is very hot in the summer months, the owner of the apartment has ordered a new one and, as you well know, it takes some time for it to be delivered (installed new bed in late July 2024). For the outdoor sofas, since you stayed on the other side of the lake, you realized how much it rained and, unfortunately, those stains you see can't be removed even with bleach. For the dryer tank, I don't see any problem with the fact that you found it full, it's an operation that anyone can do after use. I am surprised that you found the dishwasher dirty, as the apartment is inspected before each guest's check-in by our in-house housekeeper. We'll tell her to be more careful. Of course, the price you paid includes the common parts, i.e. the SPA, the rooftop swimming pool, the Jacuzzi and the Turkish bath,... all these amenities determine the final price. Fortunately, these details do not make it impossible to use the apartment. I'm sorry that you don't feel comfortable with this apartment, which in general is highly appreciated by all the people who stay there, just read the previous reviews on other channels
