Ideally located next to Lac des Chavants and a walk to the Prarion ski lift. 
The main entrance hall allows you to discover the whole of the beautiful vaulted stairwell and the double sided fireplace also visible from the living room. In this open plan floor there is a large 'grown up' dining room with  a fully equipped modern kitchen and convenient breakfast bar. There is a wonderfully relaxed and comfortable area next to the fire place, and a seperate  cozy Tv area. 

The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, under the eaves, with an island bed and en-suite bathroom. The middle floor has 4 bedrooms, all of which are en suite shower rooms each decorated slightly differently with there own character and cathedral ceiling. 

The decor is warm and refined with many paintings of contemporary artists. A large covered terrace and vast lawn surrounds this idylic chalet with splendid views of Mont Blanc.
