Super stunning and modern detached villa with private pool in a fantastic location close to the beach and amenities in the lovely town of Los Alcazares.



This new development of 41 detached villas offering 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The accommodation is distributed over 3 floors with one bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, open plan kitchen (fully equipped with all white goods) with breakfast bar/dining and living rooms with large patio doors leading to the terrace with the private pool. A further 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, terrace and access to the private rooftop solarium are on the first floor. Built-in wardrobes are in all bedrooms and the bathrooms are fully fitted with furniture, shower and screens. The outside space is fully tiled with a private pool.



Los Alcazares has 2 golf courses and numerous plazas with a host of bars and great restaurants just 400m from these homes and just 200m are the beach and promenade on the shores of Spains ā€˜ best-kept secretā€™ the Mar Menor or small sea, famous for its therapeutic warm waters, perfect for children and water sports enthusiasts. Murcia airport is 10 minutes away and Alicante is just a 45 min drive.

Lovely villa, great location!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was fantastic! Very clean, great location, very comfortable beds and sofaā€¦ in-fact there was nothing to fault but the issue was that there were security cameras facing directly into the downstairs bedroom window and 1 overlooking the pool.

Lovely relaxing break at a 5* villa

The villa had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Pool was a good size, bedrooms were lovely and the roof terrace was amazing. Great location only 5 minutes to the beach one way and 5 minutes in the other direction to all the shops and bars. Damien and his team were extremely accommodating and made sure our stay was lovely. Another set of keys please. A bit awkward with just one set of keys.

Excellent Villa in Ideal Location

The Villa first is in a idillic location, 2 minute walk to a supermarket, 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the square with all the bars and restaurants you would need. The Villa is beautifully modern, swimming pool and 3 outdoor areas to relax and unwind in the sun. The bedroom are spacious and very comfortable. The living room and kitchen have everything you need to make you stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The resort team are great at communicating, Damain is on hand to help out in any way he could. 10/10 will definitely be back. N/A

The villa was top of the market, furniture, beding, kitchen and equipment. The house was very cold for a few days until we warmed it up so maybe some preheating. Another set of bed linen would have made life easier for sure, and an extra quilt for the winter holiday makers.

Liked: proximity to promenade and beach, good local restaurants. Villa was spacious and modern. Key holder Damian was helpful and approachable. Room for improvement: Villa was superficially clean but in need of a deeper clean. A number of the soft furnishings are worn and faded and in need of upgrading. Villa overlooks waste land so not very pretty outlook when sitting outdoors.

Better equipment for keeping floors clean inside, the only ones available were used for outside so dusty and dirty. A dish drainer would be useful. Large absorbent door mat to avoid slipping when coming out of the pool and back into the villa. Two sets of keys if multi families staying, we only got one set which caused several problems, someone had to stay up to let others back in at night.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn (15 Jahre jung) fĆ¼r einige Ferientage in dieser Villa in Los Alcazares. NatĆ¼rlich viel Raum und Grƶsse fĆ¼r 2 Personen. Haben das Haus, Umgebung genossen. Der Pool ist natĆ¼rlich fantastisch! Auch die Dach-Terasse mit viel Platz einfach super. Kƶnnen die Villa nur empfehlen. WĆ¼rden wieder dort hingehen fĆ¼r Urlaub. Peter I stayed in this villa in Los Alcazares with my son (15 years old) for a few days of vacation. Lots of space and size for 2 people, of course. Enjoyed the house and surroundings. The pool is of course fantastic! Also the roof terrace with lots of space just great. Can only recommend the villa. Would go there again for vacation. Peter

Very nice house with all necessary equipment - good location and easy access to restaurants etc. We would like to particularly compliment Brenda and Joe from Parasol Property Management. The few times we needed to have their assistance, they were readily available and did all to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing you can do about it, however the heating is a bit of a problem. During our stay November/December, the eve/night temperatures were single digit resulting in the fact that the aircon heat had to be on for extended periods, and this quite inefficiently. We welcomed however the floor heating in the bathrooms. Ultimately, the construction of the house is definitely oriented for warmer temperatures.
