The description of the apartment didn't list some of the facilities that were a bonus, it had air conditioning, hair dryer, iron, toaster, freezer etcLots of home from home items that you may need but cannot carry.Close to a supermarket, lovely beach that was shallow, calm and warm.The pool and villa was clean and well maintained.Bedding, clean and to a good standard.A welcome pack from owners was a lovely touchOverall cant fault it.Damian was very good and explained everything.Lisa who came as we left was super nice and very helpful.Couldn't recommend this highly enough.My 11 year old grandaughter and 9 year old grandson said ' the pool was really nice and we could swim at bedtime! The beds was super comfy and we slept amazingly "

Lovely villa, great location!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was fantastic! Very clean, great location, very comfortable beds and sofa… in-fact there was nothing to fault but the issue was that there were security cameras facing directly into the downstairs bedroom window and 1 overlooking the pool.

I understand your concern about the cameras, and I can confirm that they are switched off when the property is occupied in line with local laws and standards. Anyone wishing to book this villa can be assured of this, but in fact we have decided to place covers over them in future for your added peace of mind.

Great location & quiet We were in constant communication regarding the rental and were met on arrival. The property itself has everything you might need and the roof terrace is a great place to sit for meals or relaxing - recommend!

Lovely relaxing break at a 5* villa

The villa had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Pool was a good size, bedrooms were lovely and the roof terrace was amazing. Great location only 5 minutes to the beach one way and 5 minutes in the other direction to all the shops and bars. Damien and his team were extremely accommodating and made sure our stay was lovely. Another set of keys please. A bit awkward with just one set of keys.

Excellent Villa in Ideal Location

The Villa first is in a idillic location, 2 minute walk to a supermarket, 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the square with all the bars and restaurants you would need. The Villa is beautifully modern, swimming pool and 3 outdoor areas to relax and unwind in the sun. The bedroom are spacious and very comfortable. The living room and kitchen have everything you need to make you stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The resort team are great at communicating, Damain is on hand to help out in any way he could. 10/10 will definitely be back. N/A

Best location, offering quick and easy access to the beach, nearby shops, and great restaurants.

Our family had an absolutely excellent holiday here! The location was perfect, making it so easy to walk to the beach, local shops, and restaurants. The booking agents were also superb and made the check-in and check-out process completely seamless. A huge thank you to the previous guests for leaving behind the beach umbrella and chairs, and to the cleaning team for keeping them there for us. As a family travelling with parent in her 80s, we stay in villas often and always buy beach gear to leave behind, but we have never actually found any waiting for us! It was such a lovely surprise. We made sure to leave everything in great condition so the next guests can enjoy them too. The property is beautifully maintained, and the service was fantastic. The pool attendant was great, coming by a few times during our stay to keep everything clean and checked. A huge thank you to Damian, the host representative, who checked in on us from time to time to make sure we had everything we needed. Because we have visited this area several times before, we didn't need much help, but we truly appreciated his thoughtful hospitality! We will definately be back!! We loved this property, but there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The owner left some beers and a bottle of water as a welcome gift, which was a very nice gesture. However, a bottle of wine would have been a bit more appreciated and better suited for everyone! The other main issue was the beds our bed was incredibly squeaky every time we got into it or turned over during the night. Aside from these small details, we truly had a lovely stay.

Happy Holiday Makers

The villa was top of the market, furniture, beding, kitchen and equipment. The house was very cold for a few days until we warmed it up so maybe some preheating. Another set of bed linen would have made life easier for sure, and an extra quilt for the winter holiday makers.

Liked: proximity to promenade and beach, good local restaurants. Villa was spacious and modern. Key holder Damian was helpful and approachable. Room for improvement: Villa was superficially clean but in need of a deeper clean. A number of the soft furnishings are worn and faded and in need of upgrading. Villa overlooks waste land so not very pretty outlook when sitting outdoors.

Better equipment for keeping floors clean inside, the only ones available were used for outside so dusty and dirty. A dish drainer would be useful. Large absorbent door mat to avoid slipping when coming out of the pool and back into the villa. Two sets of keys if multi families staying, we only got one set which caused several problems, someone had to stay up to let others back in at night.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn (15 Jahre jung) für einige Ferientage in dieser Villa in Los Alcazares. Natürlich viel Raum und Grösse für 2 Personen. Haben das Haus, Umgebung genossen. Der Pool ist natürlich fantastisch! Auch die Dach-Terasse mit viel Platz einfach super. Können die Villa nur empfehlen. Würden wieder dort hingehen für Urlaub. Peter I stayed in this villa in Los Alcazares with my son (15 years old) for a few days of vacation. Lots of space and size for 2 people, of course. Enjoyed the house and surroundings. The pool is of course fantastic! Also the roof terrace with lots of space just great. Can only recommend the villa. Would go there again for vacation. Peter

Long stay Mercurio 88

Very nice house with all necessary equipment - good location and easy access to restaurants etc. We would like to particularly compliment Brenda and Joe from Parasol Property Management. The few times we needed to have their assistance, they were readily available and did all to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing you can do about it, however the heating is a bit of a problem. During our stay November/December, the eve/night temperatures were single digit resulting in the fact that the aircon heat had to be on for extended periods, and this quite inefficiently. We welcomed however the floor heating in the bathrooms. Ultimately, the construction of the house is definitely oriented for warmer temperatures.
