This spacious duplex apartment in the heart of Madrid is perfect for groups or families, featuring 4 bedrooms that offer space and comfort for everyone.

The master bedroom and another bedroom have double beds with wardrobes for easy storage of your clothes. Additionally, there is a bedroom with bunk beds ideal for two people, and an attic bedroom also with a double bed and wardrobe. The apartment has two full bathrooms with showers, designed for your convenience during your stay.

The living room is a cozy space where you can relax after a day of work or study, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining table to share moments together. The attic includes a game area with a foosball table, perfect for unwinding and having fun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: refrigerator and freezer, vitroceramic cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishes, and cooking utensils.

Although located in a central area, the apartment is very quiet as it is on the top floor and faces inward. It also includes free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, linens, towels, and hygiene products to make your stay comfortable and practical.

Location is great. we were located right at the steps of the puerta del sol but you wouldn’t know it once inside the apartment, it is in the back of the building and can’t hear the noise from the street. I agree with the other reviews, the apartment could use a “facelift”, but since we were not in Madrid to spend our vacation inside the apartment it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Very close to main tourist sites and others. Plenty of places to visit, shop and eat nearby. Metro station very close. Cleanliness was not as expected or pictured. Manager communicative.

Perfect location

Had a great stay. The location of this rental is absolutely perfect. We walked to all the major attractions. Easy to get to metro or to get a taxi if needed. The apartment itself is nice and spacious. We had three young kids that loved the play area upstairs. The only complaint is that there really were no windows on the main level so it was always dark. Overall was exactly what we needed though. Pictures are accurate

Great area in the middle of Sol and close to metro. Does fit six or seven people but smaller than thought. The property could use some attention. A lot is wear and tear. Odor in bathroom that was worse in the morning. Make sure you get a code for the gate to the building. Our kids were locked out at 3 am. Okay property for location.

Great location, well worn apartment

This apartment in the heart of central Madrid is a great spot for access to all the major tourist sights and very convenient for public transport. The apartment has 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one in the loft area accessible via some narrow stairs. The second bathroom had a very small shower and was also upstairs and the one on the main floor had a large shower but also had an unusual odor ( like sewer gas). The apartment was clean and had the basics in kitchen ( nice having a washer) but the furniture was low quality and the walls needed a new coat of paint Fine if you don’t expect luxury

Good central location in Madrid, not so charming

This apartment just off Puerta del Sol is in a great central location in Madrid with great access to public transportation. The apartment is advertised as a duplex but actually is a single 3 bedroom unit with an additional bedroom and bathroom in the loft accessed by very narrow stairs. The main floor of the apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 are very small)and one bathroom. The apartment has been maintained but shows signs of wear( scuff marks on walls and obvious drywall repair) and the furnishings are low quality. Kitchen equipped with basics There was a lingering odor in the bathroom which smelled like sewer gas ( maybe from shower drain?)

This place was a great stay for us in Madrid. If you are looking for a prime location that is a 10-15 min walk from everything you would likely want to see, this place is it. Even though the apartment is located right in the heart of Puerta del Sol, it is VERY quiet and private which was nice. We had a great time exploring the surrounding areas and eating some great food. I would highly recommend visiting El Riojano for breakfast, which is right around the corner, and also La Mallorquina for pastries. Excellent place to stay in Madrid with friends or family.
