Unsere Ferienvilla mit privatem Pool befindet sich in einem Strandresort (10 weitere Villen), 40 m vom wunderschönen weißen Sandstrand Bang Por mit Kokospalmen im Norden der Insel Koh Samui entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Strand durch den Garten des Resorts.
Das Resort verfügt auch über einen größeren Swimmingpool mit Kinderbecken für alle Resortgäste.
Die Ferienvilla ist sehr geräumig und bietet gemütliche Unterkunft für 8 Gäste: Die Villa Azur verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer.
• Ein Schlafzimmer (Queen-Size-Bett) im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Bad und Dressing.
• Das Hauptschlafzimmer (Kingsize-Bett) auf der ersten Ebene mit einem großen Balkon, auf dem Sie sitzen und sich hinlegen können, um den frischen Abend zu genießen und von wo aus Sie einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und den Garten des Resorts haben. Dieses Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und Dressing.
• Auf derselben Ebene befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben werden können, und eines mit einem Queensize-Bett.
Diese beiden Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein drittes Badezimmer und ziehen sich an.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügen über einen Fernseher und einen DVD-Player. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und der komfortable Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-LED-TV, auf dem Sie internationales Kabel-TV oder einen Film sehen können. Der sehr große überdachte Wohnbereich im Freien ist mit einem großen Decktisch für 8 Personen, Sofas und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet, um etwas zu trinken oder einfach nur zu entspannen.

Great Place for a Quiet Holiday

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the properties are quite close together, the lush, mature garden gives you a lot of privacy. It’s also close to a beautiful, quiet and clean beach with a great beach bar and restaurant within an easy walk and many more about 1km away. All the staff were incredibly friendly and kept everything beautifully clean during our stay. They are also great for arranging excursions and renting bikes etc. Overall, thoroughly recommended.

perfect stay

Our stay in Johannas Villa was amazing! Very friendly staff. Brand new scooters to rent directly in the resort. Nice and quiet beach just a few steps from the terrace. The private pool was colder than the communal pool , very nice on a hot day. We normaly had to check out at noon, but jenny and johanna organized another villa were we waited until our departure in the evening.Thank you so much!!! Beautiful Villa

Very spacious villa with a great kitchen, outdoor space and pool. Everything was above expectation. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we had more than enough room for our group. Can easily accommodate 8 adults. The main suite upstairs was amazing with a fantastic private balcony. I would recommend this villa….Coconut Laguna Villas are located in a quieter area of Samui but the property management team will help with any questions and concerns you may have. Location within steps of the ocean was one of the very best features! Thank you to Joanna for hosting us.

What a great holiday we have just enjoyed at the Coconut Laguna. The villa is set in lovely grounds so whilst surrounded by a few other villas you feel like you are alone. The villa is well presented and contains everything you could wish. Any issues were dealt with swiftly by the on site staff. The beach is only a few yards away and the sunsets were the best have every seen. Be prepared for a 15 minute walk to the nearest shop but that's a minor issue. all in all I would reccomend this villa

Decent property, average location, horrible service

This was one of the most disorganized (and rude) stays that we have experienced — not only in Thailand, but ever. The villa itself was pretty nice and very close to the beach. However, it is not near anything at all. When we arrived, there was confusion about where we were supposed to be — I’m not sure whether the home owner or property manager was responsible for the miscommunication, but we had been booked in for months. We finally got settled into our place and walked down the beach to the (one and only) restaurant nearby. Soon, the property manager came storming up, screaming at my family, in this restaurant, saying that we were in the wrong room.(even though we had shown her the email confirmation of our booking) She acted like we were the villains, when she is the one that brought us to our space. We had to pack to a family of 7, in the pouring rain, and move accommodation. Our next room was actually a nicer space, but the experience traumatized our kids, and nobody apologized or even attempted to clear the air. I would never recommend this location to anyone — solely based on the house manager. Nothing was ever done to help resolve the way we were treated.

Alles war super

Die vorherige Kommunikation und infos waren stets zügig und sehr freundlich. Die Ankunft war sehr entspannt und ging einfacher als jeder Hotel Check in vin statten. Wir waren mit 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern 14 Nächte vor Ort. Das haus war in einem super Zustand und es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich vorstellen kann. Die Lage der Anlage ist abseits, jedoch bringt dies den Vorteil mit sich, das man den Strand für sich alleine hat. Das Personal war auch immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr groß und ist in Wirklichkeit schöner und besser als auf den Bildern. Es war rundum schön.

Sehr schönes Objekt, wir haben es sehr genossen - Gerne wieder!!!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und hatten einen wunderschönen sehr entspannten Urlaub in der sehr geschmackvollen und großzügigen Villa in Coconut Laguna. Sehr ruhige und gepflegte Anlage und fleißiges Personal, die täglich für Sauberkeit sorgten. Alle 3 Tage frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde 2 x in den 14 Tagen gewechselt. Die Managerin Sevin war vor Ort jederzeit ansprechbar und immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank, liebe Johanna , für die unkomplizierte und angenehme Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes! Es war eine wundervolle Zeit in deiner schönen Villa und dem kühlen privaten Pool, den wir täglich gerne nutzten. Wir vermissen die angenehmen ruhigen Tage auf Samui, die leckeren Früchte und das warme Klima. Wir kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank für ALLES! nice villa with enough space for 2 families

we stayed in Johannas Villa for 2 weeks and with 7 persons (4 adult / 3 kids ). It was great. We had enough space, the kids loved the 2 pools. All in all we felt very comfortable. It is better for relaxing not for "highlife". There is not so much around, so that we took sometimes motorbikes or a taxi. Johanna was very helpful all the time. Great kommunikation!

Magnifique nous recommandons vivement

Nous avons passé 10 jours formidables dans la villa de Johanna. Une villa magnifique, spacieuse , entourée d’une végétation luxuriante, idéalement située sur l’île au calme loin du bruit des villes environnantes, pourtant proches. La terrasse très agréable est finalement la pièce de vie , avec le climat qui s’y prête! Le personnel de la résidence est très professionnel, discret et attentionné. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable avec un passage quotidien. Sirine notre house manager à toujours été réactive pour nous aider à organiser nos sorties etc… La belle plage de sable blanc peu fréquentée au bout du chemin de la résidence est la cerise sur la gâteau! Nous recommandons chaleureusement la location de cette villa. Si nous devions revenir à Samui, nous reviendrions à coconut laguna:)

Wonderful property

The villa Azure was spotless and very well maintained. I have never seen such a well stocked vacation property. Johanna was amazingly responsive as were all of the staff. Several friends were staying at different locations while we were in Koh Samui and they all referred to Villa Azure as 5 star. It was by far the nicest of the homes. We hosted a lunch for everyone and because we were in the only property that could do so comfortably. There are lots of fans and air conditioning units so we were comfortable inside. Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and an easy walk to some restaurants and a convenience store. Bang Por is a quieter residential area not a party town so may not be the best location for people looking for all night action. Thank you Johanna for everything

We had a short stop over in a Samui for 3 nights. This villa was perfect for us for our young families the pool and terrace was great and the the villa was clean and comfortable. Check in was nice and easy. There was also a communal pool which was lovely as well. 1 minute walk to the beach were there were bars and a nice views to the surrounding islands.

Beautiful villa

The villa is beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. The property was immaculately clean and well equipped upon arrival. The frequency of towel changes / full cleans during the course of our 10 day stay was less than expected or described when we arrived (every four days stated, but we actually only had one clean and change on day 5). There were a number of thunder storms during our stay, which were not unexpected, and are actually quite spectacular, however the downside is electricity and running water are cut off for prolonged periods afterwards as the property does not have a back up generator. This would be my recommendation for improvement. The management on site were friendly and we did not experience any issues, however, I would note that other members of our family had rented a beachside villa within the same complex and had several awful altercations with their incredibly rude villa owner, who involved himself when my sister asked the on site management about the lack of electricity. The beachside villa may look nice as an alternative to this villa, but I would certainly advise customers against selecting it, and recommend Johanna's more modern, and locally managed property instead.

Fantastic stay.

We had the best time in Villa Azur. Great house, great swimming pools, and a fantastic beach with many restaurants within 5-15 minuts walk along the beach, and a very nice bar on the beach close to the house. It was also a gym across the road, and for me who likes to run it was fantastic to run along the beach and up the hills across the road. I hope I will be back.

Fantastic Villa

Beautiful villa in great location. We stayed for 5 nights with 2 young children and it was perfect. It was cleaned thoroughly everyday and essentials were provided for our arrival. Highly recommended for an extended family trip or with a group of friends

Fantastic accommodation!

We are very pleased with the accommodation in Laguna Villa 10. Nice contact before arrival and good welcoming of Miu at arrival! Super nice house and nice with cleaning every day. For us with children aged 3, 5, 8 and 10, it was very nice to have our own pool where they could swim all day long. Also good that a large portion of the patio was shaded during the day. Although it was so nice to be at the house, it was also lovely on the beach, although it was very shallow for the bath. Depending on your expectations, we are also pleased to be at the house and on the beach as it is not particularly cozy on the street around. However, it is worth taking a walk to higher heights for the beautiful view. If you are sensitive, it may be good to know that the pillows and beds are quite hard. We were excited to have a head light with us since the evenings are dark and we suffered power outages a few times, and the mixer we had with us went warm for smoothies and morning pancakes. we are very pleased with the accommodation and can warmly recommend it!

We expected more

We stayed here for five weeks between December and January and our main reason for renting this house was the short proximity to the beach. The house itself was clean and looked like the pictures. Some major concerns before renting this house. Its not suitable for children - The stairs to the second story bedrooms are outside which makes it very hard to reach when it rains. Its slippery and there are no railings to hold on to the last two meters. The pool area has the same slippery tiles all around which we had to cover with towels to let the kids use the pool. You should also be aware that the pool faces North meaning you will never enjoy the sun at the villa - Not at any time during the day. What didnt look like the pictures was the beach. The first two weeks we stayed at the villa the beach was filled with garbage. All things you could imagine - Rice cookers, light bulbs, plastic, garbage bags etc. Later this was somewhat cleaned up. Directly to the left when coming to the beach there is a 40 ft sewer leading in to the ocean. This sewer can be seen from the street infront of the resort and looking down seeing the things thrown there will make you think twice before taking a dip in the ocean. This sewer also makes it impossible to walk on the beach to the restaurants mentioned - atleast if you wear clothes. The area Bang Por is quiet as described. There is absolutley nothing to do or see within walking distance. There is a small Family Mart 250m from the villa but that’s it. Not really made for walking so staying here a car is required. With the pricetag on this villa we expected more. It did not live up to the expectations we had. The beach is the main argument for renting this house and it was useless for more than two weeks out of our five week stay.

Dear Joakim and family, Reading your feedback, I was first surprised and after sad for you that your stay in our villa didn’t meet your expectations. We are using and renting our villa to various families and it is the first time we get such comments specially resulting of the extremely bad weather. Heavy rain, storm and flooding is not that unusual for Samui in that period and it happens every few years. This is explaining the beach was badly affected. About the small river outside our Resort (which you call a sewer): with such flash flooding, the river is abnormally growing and collecting everything on his way. (This small river is avoiding flooding when the drainages are overloaded). We managed to organize the river cleaning as soon as it was possible. Most of the time, the river is only a little stream not even crossing the beach to reach the ocean. Hope you’ll have an another opportunity to enjoy Koh Samui under better weather circumstances. Excellent holiday villa

This lovely, spacious and extremely well furnished villa was the focal point of our six-week stay in Koh Samui. With the use of two pools, kayaks and loungers and its proximity to the beautiful, clean, quiet Bang For beach, this rental property is well worth the money. Great management staff were a bonus find.
