Dear Bonnie, we are so glad that the experience was as expected and that you had a lovely stay. Regarding the lifts, disgracely we only manage the appartment, not the entire building so that's something completely out of our control. We hope to see you soon. Kind regards

Wonderfull apartment amazing views of the beach and sea

Everything about the apartment was fantastic perfect in every way ,everything you could need was there would highly recommend this apartment to all.my family and friends . When arriving the information about collection of the keys was terrible after walking around the streets for over an hour with the information given ,it ended up with 4 calls to the key office before we were finally given a landmark opposite the office which we had walked by 5 times ,once we had that info it was a easy thing to do .For us this information would have made it a very simple office to find that is my only criticism
Antwort von VrboOwner am 5. Juni 2026
Dear Carol, we are really sorry that you had to walk around to find the office, we will see how we can communicate in a clearer way. That aside, we are really happy to read your possitive comments, it sounds like you had a nice time. Thank you for letting us know! Kind regards.

Didn’t even feel like we were in Benidorm!

Incredible sea views, super light and airy and a great balcony to sit out on. When we arrived it felt and smelt like the property had been shut up for a while and there was a funny smell but we cracked open all the windows and it went away.

Hello Joshua! Thanks for taking your time to rate us, we really appreciate it. Normally in this season due to the wind we leave the apartments closed so they don't get dirty. Either way we're sorry this was an inconvenience to your stay. We hope to see you soon!
