The completely renovated apartment is part of the Els Pins Residence, it has a main room with the living room and the kitchen (well equipped), in the same environment. Big screen TV with National channels and some international channels. With access to the terrace, facing north.

The closest beach is Riells beach, about 350m away (5 min on foot), and a few meters from l'Escala port and the Mongrí Natural Park.
The community is very nice and guarded.
