Kelvin House is situated in a prominent position in the centre of the beautiful Cornish seaside villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and within a stone's throw from both Kingsand and Cawsand beach.

Parking
This historic village does not have private parking; however, there are two public pay and display car parks under a five minute walk to the property.

Additional Information
Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price.
(please bring you own beach towels)
The property has Wi-Fi.
One well behaved pooch allowed with an additional fee of £20 per week.
Kelvin House operates a Saturday - Saturday changeover.

Refundable security deposit

Please note that a deposit of £300.00 will be authorised one day before check-in. Providing there are no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred this will not be captured and funds will become available in your account.
