Vintage Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests in bedrooms and can sleep a max of 10, upon request - (an additional 2 guests may sleep in the lounge, on a large sofa bed). On the compound there is a further 7 larger shared swimming pools, including an indoor pool, gym & sauna.

There are also further sports & fun communal facilities... a tennis & basket ball court, a kids play area, kids aqua slides/pools, table tennis, giant chess, a large communal raised sunbathing terrace, as well as a bistro restaurant and bar (open according to season, ...from mid May 2021!) Villa also has its own private parking space or ...a regular domus bus, that shuttles from/to the complex site via beach (5 mins) and into central Yalikavak town (10 mins) or affordable taxis.
Outside, surrounding the villa, there's multiple relaxing seating ,chill out and 'get away' areas, like the pretty 'bougainvillea veranda' , for drinking, eating, relaxing or entertaining. There's a private 'Moorish veranda' seating area to one side. To the other side, just off the kitchen, is a covered & lit 'Alfresco' courtyard dining terrace, with large built in stone BBQ , (and a cedar wood single rocking chair...) The villa wrap around garden, incorporates a pool house, a covered green, lit grapevine wooden gazebo corner seating area (with further country valley /sea views), shaded sun beds (x 8) and ample play area over a new lawn. Inside the villa, the entrance lobby leads down onto a lower ground floor hall & (garden levels), with an open plan living room, kitchen/centred dining area. There's a large multi seating grey corner group couch area, (incorporating, if desired, a good double size sofa bed), centred around a Turkish carved stone fire place. There is a large HD 4K screen smart TV, with an IPTV service ( additional English live streamed UK & extensive European, Arabic & International multi language tv channels),with broadband Wi Fi throughout. This flows around to a modern kitchen/diner area with all mod cons incl integrated dishwasher, microwave, large family 'cool zone' tap n touch panel fridge freezer, a chilled water cooler plus 2 x built-in filtered water taps, and a modern remote controlled upper kitchen coloured 'task n mood ' oval lighting panel. There's also a utility room with large 12kg capacity washing & separate drying machines & ironing facilities etc. Off this single level open plan salon living room, to the left, there is a flexible guest room (4) - if needed ..perhaps for elderly (for ease) or those with limited/restricted mobility, a home-helper/maid etc or additional guests, with a double pull out metal action full mattress, mint green settee-bed, along with your own adjacent 1st en suite shower/WC room.
