Villa entrance, kitchen, the second outside balcony and garden are on the first floor. The next two/three floors each have two rooms, a bathroom, and a balcony of their own overlooking the Aegean Sea and Islands. There is a laundry room and plenty of item storage space available.

Guests have full access to the living room, kitchen, their rooms and all outside garden and patio spaces. The home comes with its on-site caretaker team who attends all outside garden/patio maintenance and guest special requests such as assistance, cleaning, shopping etc. Guests also get access to all benefits of our grander living complex including private access to the Olympic Pool, three separate beaches, restaurants and bars, grocery store with home delivery service etc.

It is very easy to reach our villa by road using GPS. Having a car is a convenience, but not a necessity. Gundogan municipality busses pass every 30 minutes for easy transportation back and forth downtown Gundogan. There is hourly transportation for access to all beach, pool and entertainment areas within the complex. The house comes with plenty of parking spaces. Our home taker team will greet guests, introduce the Villa and hand out keys and upon arrival.
