Fantastic Villa, Stunning Sea Views, 8 mins walk to beach, shops & restaurants

Magnificent sea views are enjoyed from almost every room of this spacious 350m2 Catalonian villa. The large sandy beach of Sa Riera is a 8 min walk away with bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Two further beaches: Platja Illa Roja & Platja de Pals can be accessed by foot in under 15 minutes. The beautiful historic town centre of Begur with its diverse shops, restaurants, bars and markets is a short drive or 30-minute walk away. With a private pool and several outdoor seating areas, the villa provides an idyllic setting to enjoy quality time relaxing with family and friends.

The villa is spread over 3 floors.

On the ground floor is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment sleeping 2-4 people with sea views. It has a large en suite double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and large dining/living room with double sofa bed. Ideal if you wish to rent the villa with another family, grandparents or friends. There is also outdoor seating where you can enjoy a coffee or glass or wine with beautiful views of the surrounding hillside and sea. The large double garage is also on the ground floor with utility room equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ice-machine.

The first and second floors benefit from mesmerising sea views throughout capable of sleeping 6.

The first floor consists of a large living room with comfortable sofas and dining area. A modern open kitchen fully equipped with coffee machines and juicers spills out onto the terrace where there is a 10m pool with shower, large dining table, outdoor lounge seating area and two barbecues: traditional coal & gas. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on this floor.

The second-floor features another living room with double sofa bed and a 55" smart TV with Astra, Sky movies, Sky sport, Netflix etc. There are two ensuite double bedrooms on either side and a large balcony terrace with stunning views, comfortable seating area and a hammock; perfect for an afternoon siesta!

All bedrooms and the main living room have newly installed A/C. Guests have full access to the entire villa and 100 Mbps fibre-optic wifi runs throughout.

Many of our guests enjoy spending time at the villa and Sa Riera but popular activities such as boating, water sports, scuba-diving, snorkelling, golf, horse-riding, karting, mountain-biking, hiking, tennis and shopping are all located within a 5km radius. Pals golf course is only a 5 minute drive away and is one of the most beautiful and established courses in Catalonia. Emporda Golf with two championship 18 hole golf courses, a new contemporary hotel and first class leisure facilities is a 20 minute drive from the villa.

Please note we accept bookings of 5 nights or more but during July and August we can only accept bookings of 7 nights or more with arrival and departure on a Saturday.
