Off the Hook, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, offers a single-level living space perfect for families and guests with difficulty with stairs. Enter through a spacious hallway with ample room to hang coats and drop off sandy shoes after a beach day. The hallway leads into a stunning open-plan living, kitchen, and dining space with wood floors, neutral walls, and beautiful furnishings. The living area features an L-shaped sofa, leather armchair, large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a lovely wood-styled gas burner, creating a cosy atmosphere for autumn and winter stays.
Between the living area and the kitchen, a large dining table comfortably seats eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. Gather around the kitchen island with stools to prep pizzas, BBQ dishes, or beach picnics. The kitchen opens out to an enclosed patio and garden area with a charcoal BBQ and a dining table for al fresco dining on warm summer evenings.
The property includes three well-appointed bedrooms: a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a spacious double room, and a kids' bunk room with an additional single bed. The large family bathroom features a stand-alone bath, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.
New Feature: Off the Hook now includes access to a single garage, ideal for securely storing bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, or other outdoor equipment. While it's a tight fit for a medium to large car, it offers excellent storage for all your adventure essentials.
